Went there and Kaitlyn said she can’t help us with that and we will Just need to call customer service so I went to the Massillon location and they helped me without a problem. They said it was an easy thing to do and something that Wooster could have done too. Safe your time and just go to Massillon right away.

Logan Bensch at ATT store in Wooster Ohio was outstanding service and customer care. Last Friday I lost my cell phone and I got to the store 15 minutes before closing and he got me a replacement phone, loaded my backup data and stayed an extra 45 minutes to make sure I was able to use the new phone. He helped me again on Monday and even located my lost phone. He was a life saver. And very calm and professional. Great Job!

Logan was phenomenal. The only employee in the store and he with no stress or rushing helped out 4 customers while we were there. He gave each customer individual attention and was so helpful, knowledgeable and engaging. Will definitely be going back to ATT and Logan.

Walmart kept lying to me telling me I had to wait for three weeks then I came back in and they didn’t let me cause it was “fraud” so they said for us to come back the next day after 24 hours and again it didn’t work. So we went to AT&T and they automatically got us hooked up with my new phone.

Great customer service! I went into the store to pay my bill, pay off my current phone, and get a new phone added to my plan because my last one broke. I was only in the store for about 10 minutes! That’s the quickest experience I’ve ever had with buying a phone. The guy working was alone when I was in and not only was he helping me, but also two other customers at the same time, without taking his focus off me! This was my first time going into this store and won’t be the last!

NEVER go to this AT&T location unless you want things to be added without your knowledge, like insurance. They also didn't say how much our phone trade it would be and let us assume we were getting the promotional trade in amount without telling us our phone wasn’t worth that. These people just want their commission and could care less if you are taken care of properly. Then once we realized we didn’t get what we expected for our trade in, we went in and talked to the manager (who wanted to help us), but the regional manager said no. Absolute joke. It was a mess. They just told us to call customer service, they can’t do anything in store. Even though they didn’t do their job with telling us what our bill would be AND added insurance without telling us. Shady sales people at this location. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Great service even with all the issues we had switching my service he made it happen as fast as he possibly could and did a great job doing it. I'm very pleased with the customer service from the Wooster location. It was a breath of fresh air to see a company putting there customer service 1st again

Logan B was friendly patient knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he solve my problem but he checked to make sure everything was right on my plan before I left he put my screen protector and case on my new phone. I am sooo glad I went to the Wooster Store

Colton and Erica were exceptional to deal with and amazing! They made the process of switching providers easy and painless and were so helpful with everything. All three of the employees at this store deserve so much praise for being helpful and searching to get customers the best deal, but also praise for dealing with people - all day everyday, who aren’t always patient or kind. I witnessed some unkind individuals in the store today who were less than pleasant, even after Erica let them know she was both understaffed and what their wait time would look like. A word to society - be kind to the people who are providing a service to you, please.Well done Wooster AT&T! You guys are amazing and are doing great and I am so grateful for people like you and for amazing cell phone service like you provide! Thanks again!
