Colton and Erica were exceptional to deal with and amazing! They made the process of switching providers easy and painless and were so helpful with everything. All three of the employees at this store deserve so much praise for being helpful and searching to get customers the best deal, but also praise for dealing with people - all day everyday, who aren’t always patient or kind. I witnessed some unkind individuals in the store today who were less than pleasant, even after Erica let them know she was both understaffed and what their wait time would look like. A word to society - be kind to the people who are providing a service to you, please.Well done Wooster AT&T! You guys are amazing and are doing great and I am so grateful for people like you and for amazing cell phone service like you provide! Thanks again!

I've gone to this at&t store from what I know, twice now. First time to set up a hotspot from amazon and the other to trade in my phone for a new one before I'm off to college. The service there was outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful people. Even though it takes a while to work with technology they do it smoothly and efficiently. They got our hotspot connected on the best cost and is currently working. They are extremely great business men getting us good trade in deals for instance, a free upgrade $1000 off trade in deal for my samsung galaxy s8+ to a samsung galaxy z flip 5, I'm so excited as it will be arriving in just 2 days. Along with doing a great job getting us interested in their high speed internet and DirecTV. As we were spending $90 for 106mb/s optic fiber internet from mctv, he offered us their deal which was high speed internet through the air, 135mb/s for only $35 or something like that, it was cheaper. Along with an offer to change to DirectTV with a deal for $99.99/m for +40,000 channels, NFL and Big 10 when originally we had antenna paying basically $99.99 for only 61 channels and basically no sports. Thank you so much for the great service, answering our questions, knowing great deals and helping me for a good affordable start to my college years.

One employee was very unprofessional, and he was wearing flip flops, basketball shorts, and a cutoff tank top. He was not dressed to go to work.

I went in to transfer a family members phone number to my plan. I told the women working the counter that I just wanted the new line to be the starter package. She completed the transfer and we tested the phone, there were no issues and I leftThe next day I got an email stating the line had a $14 a month protection plan on it (that I didn't agree to or was even told about). I then checked my account and she had also given the line the next package higher instead of the starter. So I had to change the plan myself on the website to get my correct options.I tried calling the office multiple times only to be sent to a voicemail box that is full. I just want them to tell me why she did that and to make sure I'm not billed for the extras. I guess I'll call the main AT&T line to try and get an answer, maybe they can get in touch with this office.

There phone service is good but there customer service is completely trash! When you walk in the door they look at you like they could bite your head off and you ask them a simple question they whine like it's the end of the world... absolute TERRIBLE!!

Had major issue with Galaxy A11 phone. Severely cracked screen made transferring anything to new phone impossible. But thanks to store employee named Star she explained to me what to do when I got home using my iPad and my Google account backup. EVERYTHING transfered including my contacts. Thanks so much. It's nice to actually run into an employee nowadays that knows her job and is customer service oriented.

I drove from Mansfield because our store did not have the phone I wanted. I called before had to make sure they had it. And when I got there, they had the phone ready to go and had me out 15 minutes later. Great service! ?
