I had a dead battery & went to this location on a Sunday evening. The young man helping me was very nice but not very educated on his job. He sold me the wrong battery & it was only realized when it wouldn’t fit. He had to return the incorrect battery, then do a new sale which messed up my debit card, most likely for days. It is unclear to me why they just didn’t do an EVEN exchange. Anyway, “his manager” was absolutely the RUDEST!! He was slamming stuff on counters & treated his employee just as bad as he was treating his customers! He never even spoke to me & it was absolutely apparent he was annoyed by having to put the new battery in. I said many thank you’s to both of them & the manager didn’t even ACKNOWLEDGE my presence! If my car would’ve started I would have left & went right next door! I was appalled at how badly all of the customers in the store were treated, including myself.
I have done a lot of business with the Alliance location & they are SO kind, helpful & always went out of their way for customers. Definitely will never go back to the Wooster store!!

There were two customers in the store including me. No one came out front. I could hear a video going in the back and lots of laughter from the viewers. The door indicator sounded as we came into the store but the video was so loud I doubt it was heard. Terrible.

I really don’t see how anyone says that they got great service and everything these idiots don’t know what customer services all about you call Lynn they won’t answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they put you on hold until the phone hangs up on you then they won’t answer the phone again
