They were supposed to pick up a vehicle I had sold through Peddle. When the driver arrived he immediately offered me less than what I was told was a guaranteed offer. When I declined he then called his boss and she said to start the vehicle and put it in drive. I did both and the vehicle was in the exact condition as described when the offer was made. I was fully transparent. They proceeded to offer less until I declined and apologized for wasting their time. The truck and trailer they showed up in was awful. The winch was mangled and holding on for dear life. Very unprofessional from the very 1st impression and so forth.

I’ve never had any bad problems with them. I let them work on my Escalade from it not being running or moving for 5 years and I got it back running like it used to amazing job for taking care of my big girl.. thank you so much

Billy bob joe or whatever the skanks name is who deals with financing is 2 faced. Dont go here. She’ll act nice and put up a front then turn around and flake out on parts of your deal after you leave with the car. And she still owes my mom money from almost a week ago that shes never sent. Horrible people. Stay away from here forsure
Update: still havent given my mom her money. Shady people and shady business. Its been a month and still nothing.

I bought my truck end of March I was excited. Bobby Jo GREAT! The only thing thought wrong was it needed a new gas cap and muffler. I took to the mechanic by my house in Medina THE ENTIRE BOTTOM OF THE TRUCK IS RUSTED to where it would do more damage if not driven on the lift instead of lifted. I sent Bobby Jo everything the mechanic told me was wrong I’ve only had it a week to just about 2. I asked for my money back or to fix everything that’s wrong. They asked me to bring it back. It stayed until May 30th. I needed 2 catalyst converter (didn’t have any) new gas lines exhaust manifold new frame because part of the frame was disconnected from the truck! So when I got it back I took to Brad’s Auto and he said the exact same thing Jud’s said he can’t put on the lift! Afraid it’ll cause more problems, there is a piss poor welding job over the frame to make it look ok. The gas tank is Jimmy rig because the rust! Brake line hanging and could have been snagged so Brad got on the ground and zipped tied it up and the converters they put on were used and still throwing a check engine code. I told Bobby Jo and now basically I have to pay for something that should’ve been done right the first time. the truck is messing up more and more since I got it back on the May 30th and I still have no solution response! And now I’m out of money and a vehicle! I can cry right now!

UPDATE: Took my mom out there to see about her car and now there is something else wrong with it. Notice the payment for the car is due in 4 days and they said to check back in a couple days. Now I will say that Bobby jo was a lot of help when we showed up. I do know that we have called several times both numbers and there was no answer several times. I also said I would change my rating when it was done the right way I will hold up to my end of the deal. I also changed how the bottom was worded and said that they was gonna order a part from their part place and I went and got the part cheaper so that is not on them it's where they get their parts.
Hello I am leaving this review up until something is done. They have had a car for over a week. They are just now getting to fix it tomorrow. And they also was going to order a part $50 above what I went and bought it for and took it out there myself. Now I am usually not a person to get on here and do this as I am a manager of a business but this is begining to get bad when the person uses the car to work and if they can't work then how are they gonna make a payment. Now once things get done properly and the car is back and actually runs right as this makes the 2nd time it's been back at the shop them I will change the review. Have a great day.

If I could give this company, and it's affiliated company T.N.T. Towing less than one star I would. They illegally repossessed my vehicle on the grounds that they'd replace the broken frame on the car they'd sold me "With no major issues" Then simply blocked my number and ceased all communication with the hopes I'd let it go long enough to be a legal repossession. This place needs shut down, it's a blight on our community. Do not for any reason what-so-ever do business with them. As I now must go through court, an attorney, the police dept., and the BBB to recoup thousands in damages.

They don't ever answer the phone they have had our car we bought from the for OVER 2 WEEKS. And have left us completely in the dark. No calls back no texts not even a hey we are sorry we are busy and haven't been able to call or text.

Would leave less than 1 star if I could. Found out they cut the catalytic converter off. Can't get tags. Too expensive to fix. Had to junk it. I will see them in court

Don't use them to buy your car thru peddle they go thru it when ur not home and give low ball offer after u told all wrong even when u said all it's good for is junk or parts. I would give zero star if I could. And I pushing the matters going on property when I wasn't home and in the truck also. When they couldn't meet the time scheduled and asked reschedule for next day because I had to leave. And it wasn't front lawn it was kinda in back yard. So they trespassed and went through it when no one home when told wait to next day.

I bought an 07 Audi A6 Quattro and two months later bought a 2003 tahoe. It did break down,the owner Josh came and towed me himself at probably 1030pm. Gave me another car off his lot to drive until mine was fixed. I got my tahoe back and it runs great now some wire was broke or something. An amazing guy Josh is thank you for everything I mean it

They failed to properly pick up my car for tow 2 different times now and are blaming us for that. When you ask for the “manager” they hang up on you and don’t return your call. Scam business going on here.

Call and they offered $540.00 for our grand marquis. Appointment set for 1:00 on the 15th. Time came and went, no phone calls or anything, I called them about 2:00 and was told the appointment was changed to 3:00. Again time came and went. I once again called and was told the truck was on another call, she would call me back for another time later in the day. I again had to call because they never returned my call, I was told the truck was broken and would have to reschedule for another day, this is totally understandable. I took a half day of work to deal with this. I guess they have no respect for the people they deal with. I have reported them to Peddle. From what I have been told they are a shady place that has more complaints than any business in the area. Very rude people. I will be contacting the AG for the state of Ohio and filing a form complaint.
