This place used to be the best. I’ve given a higher review before, but as of late they don’t have the most motivated workers. (There are two or three great ones though!) Their times keep changing. I drive out of my way to go and then they are closed. It’s getting more and more frustrating. I also understand the inability to find loyal workers. I may go to the one that’s opened 24 hours a day and just dry the car myself.

Very un happy how I went it for a wash and my wheel got all messed up I call and say something and they say no way that happened well when I looked down the track I seen my car all the way on the side of the track with my wheel rubbing against the track at some point the track was stoped I don’t know why bc there was plenty of room then they started it back up
I keep this car in good condition and I hate to be that person to complain but this the only time I ever had a problem going through there

Staff is professional and friendly. I have never had my vehicle damaged during the wash/wax/dry cycle. However the interior cleaning is not consistent. Extremely thorough one week next week not near as good.

They always clean my car right and I am picky. If I see that they missed something, they are happy to take care of it.

Had a full detail paid $250 I wasn't pleased, after I arrived home and looked at the vehicle closely I found too many things missed! I called and was told I should have brought it back, I live in Massillon, they weren't willing to make it right! Not good Business!
Wheel wells not clean on passenger side back and front! Inside mirror and windshield not clean.Seats not cleaned in front.
I'll never go there again!

They did an amazing job detailing my car they even got the stain out and the stench that was is my car they have amazing service definitely highly recommend and definitely going back.

We subscribe to the monthly car wash that automatically renews on my credit card. Such a great value!The staff is loyal, there is a core team that has been there for years. Among them, Brad, super friendly and this definitely earns my loyalty.My dogs love the attention from the staff, I pause and open the windows for their paws to stand up and "say hello".We love everyone at Beall Avenue Car Wash!
