Stopped to get fuel and a car wash. Went through the car wash got out of the car quick to check it out still had dirt around the fenders lost leaves on the side. Went inside and was told that there was nothing they could do because it's the weekend and you can't talk to a manager on the weekend

We are frequent customers here. However today Jan 19th the lady with short, blond, curly hair. Was on her phone hiding from paying customers, but kept staring at us through the windows and the subway windows. It was very unsettling.

Used to stop here all the time but recently your Hunt Brothers pizza bin has been empty when I stop. 3 times in a row. I go to the one by the fairgrounds now, they always have a full bin!

Just recently visited there during the night. I have been going there since I moved here back in 2017. All has been well except for last night. I asked the cashier for a can of dip and after having to repeat myself 3 times due to him not being able to find the can I was looking for, got angry and loudly and publicly said, "Oh my god!" If it wasn't for my professionalism and great customer service experience I have under my belt that store would not have been in good conditions. I understand that staffing everywhere has been rough lately but having a cashier who hates working and does not want to work is very unprofessional. As of today business ties between BellStores and I are through. I would have given the business 5 stars due to the various times I have been greeted kindly and respectably by other staff. Due to this one cashier in particular it has been lowered to a 2.

Both time I been there employees been rude. Once in a while I stop in. Well on my way to wooster stop in pick up cigarette. Young guy in front of me bought beer woman did not card him ok no big deal. I step up ask for cigarettes she card me I just look at her. She said she never see me here lol that funny I am in my 50s. Now stop in to buy lighter guy ask me if a got gas I said no he said we well see I told him go right ahead. He watch me going over subway to order sub. What up with these people that work here???? I think I will not go there any more they lost my busy. Do better with the customers they help make your paycheck!!!!

Just spent all that money remodeling but didn't put in a family restroom or a changing table in the men's room. If your not a guy with small kids then it's great. Clean, but I still wouldn't change my child on the floor.

Huge parking lot. Diesel fuel island. Friendly people. Clean restrooms. Just clean in general. Nice place and you can get a truck and trailer in and out with ease.
