We had a desktop that was growing increasingly sluggish. We dropped by Computer Mixx to see what could be done to speed it up. We were greeted by Jennifer. She told us it all depends on how old our computer is. So we went home, unhooked the PC and brought it to them. Doug looked at it and said he could swap the old hard drive for a solid state drive. He told us maybe two days to do the work. It took one day. Now the PC is lightening fast. Excellent work. If I could give six stars, I would. Couldn't be happier.

ComputerMixx is a LIFE SAVER!!!
I had a drive experience a power surge recently and wasn’t sure who to turn to! I explained my situation and Doug was honest and truly understood the severity of my situation! He took the time to do the research needed with my specific case to ensure him and his team could do everything they could to save all my files and footage! Regardless of whether the footage was saved or not, I knew walking in I was going to be taken care of. While every situation is different (please understand that going in) they WILL take care of you!
They’re experience and know what they’re talking about! Pricing in the end was more than fair given the time they took. Communication was also EXCELLENT! Thankful for Doug and his team! Happy to report that all 15TB of my footage was recovered! Thanks for managing this, Doug! These people are the real deal!

They are great! Fixed my laptop, replaced keyboard. They checked everything out before I left the store including drive. I will get a new computer there when this one finally gives up the ghost. Said they would transfer all my files, no problem.
