This is a great local hometown pharmacy. The Minute Clinic has seen all of my kids from time to time. The service has always been caring and efficient when we needed immediate treatment. The pharmacy can at times take a while. It seems to be due to them being understaffed. I patiently await my turn at the window and am always treated like my and my families needs are their top priority. I give them the benefit of the doubt when I'm waiting in a long line. It's because they are doing their absolute best to meet the needs of the people in front of me in line. The only rudeness I've experienced there was from other customers. Even in the face of hostility, I witnessed these dedicated employees handle it with grace and compassion. They will continue to have my family's business.

How sad is it that I call before closing to ask the pharmacist about interactions with one of my meds and I get put on hold for 25 minutes, well now it’s past closing time and I know no one is coming back on the line. Customer service just gets worse and worse

Wooster Ohio branch is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Weeks to get a prescription filled, constantly screwing up my insurance and acting like it’s my fault when nothing has changed. I got a text saying my prescription is ready went to get it and there is a sign saying CLOSED FOR LUNCH back at 2:00 WTF??? Randomly closing now. What a joke this place is.

DO NOT use this pharmacy! Wooster, ohio: They will not answer their phone. When I switched pharmacies the new pharmacy told me to just have my doctor call in my scripts because they can never get ahold of them either to get anyones information. They also messed up my records and it took me 3 visits for them to finally get my information correct, I had to have my health care provider call them each time. The staff was also super disrespectful and told me "I should just pay for the medication full price and not wait for them to get my health care information corrected". I could go on and on with stories on why not to use them.

This is got to be one of the worst CVS in the state of Ohio. I don't know if they got new management or what but there's not enough staff for the amount of people that go through there. the drive-thru window is never open. There employees are very rude. I wouldn't even give this place a one-star rating. dissatisfied they ran all the other small pharmacies out of business here in Wooster. now people in town are stuck with these idiots

This CVS has everything you expect from a CVS. Nothing unique or special about it, other than its location, in my case. There's a pharmacy and you can pick up your prescriptions here. They seem quite overwhelmed and understaffed most of the time. Could be a an effect of the times. But I can't complain about the service too much - they're truly doing their best and hanging in there. If you're in for a prescription refill, you can grab some basic snack foods, candy, or grocery items. Drinks and freezer food too. I can't recommend them as a place for general grocery shopping though. They're overpriced for that and selection isn't huge. Of course, they have your usual hygiene and what I call "bathroom" products. Soap, shampoo, lotion, make-up, medicine, first aid. Photo printing. CVS is truly the do-all store these days.

I had a prescription for my cat he has asthma and really needs it. I brought it through the drive thru to drop it off I asked if they had it they said it would be done that day and they would text me. No text or call happened. I then called and was on hold for 2 hours and got connected to someone finally. The women then told me they did not have it in stock and it would be done the following day. I get off of work and drive over there and the lady at the drive thru tells me there is no generic version and despite what the prescription says. Along with that they do not have it. Then informs me it will be $200. I mentioned that we had a coupon and was looking at it. It said $16 but originally was $30.00. So maybe it was mistyped somewhere. So my partner and I proceeded to ask for the prescription paper back and the lady told me to pull around the building and go back through the drive because they could not find it. So my partner went inside and stood there for around 10 minutes waiting on the paper that they lost. Today I was informed by a Kroger pharmacist that the medication is discontinued. So why did the pharmacist at CVS tell me it was $200.00.

Need more staff, long lines, grumpy employees. And forget calling, you will be on hold for 10-15 minutes.
