Almost impossible to speak to a member of pharmacy team any longer. Additionally you must listen to several minutes of mind numbing options of scrips done or pending etc. but never gives you an option upfront to ask to leave a msg for the pharmacist to solve a scrip problem. Frustrating!!!!
