This is the first time I used their service normally I do my own tax but now it's a little bit more complicated. Jason did my taxes he was professional real patient listen to my questions and answered all of them I was very pleased with their service. Somebody that I worked with recommended them I like to keep my business local that way the money stays in the community and it doesn't go to a big corporate office.

This is our first year using this tax service. Jason was the tax pro who prepared them. It took about 45 minutes and he answered all of our questions. We had our refunds in about a week. We recommend this service and will be returning next year. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent service. I've used them the past few years and they're always quick and get me the best possible refund. When my husband passed away this year they were extra kind in guiding me through the process and had everything prepared for me to mail out. I can not recommend them enough for their professionalism and quality of service.

Fantastic place switched to the about 3 years ago from H&R Block they have doubled my refund every year since then and are great people I deal with Jason every time and unless I leave Ohio or they shut down they have a life customer

Horrible customer service. I had a Problem and spoke with a guy named Tarry he was very short and shrewd with me. I am surprised this business is still even around with treating paying customers that way.
