Dunham's Sports offers good service with friendly and helpful staff. Shoppers report great experiences with out of this world sale prices and the deal of the century with coupons. The store has what is needed when others do not, including many items like arch support shoes and crossbows. Staff are customer oriented, gladly assisting with large purchases and loading items. A manager helped open a register during a long checkout line, putting smiles on many shoppers' faces. However, experiences with staff can vary, with some shoppers encountering rude or unhelpful employees while others find cashiers very helpful in securing discounts.
We just bought a table tennis from the Wooster Ohio location. These associates who work at the store did a fantastic job helping us!!! Excellent staff!! Thanks so much!

Terribly understaffed location. Often only 2 staff working, some are hard working and helpful, but it's impossible to get help at busy times. Other times I'm there and the staff are just having social time openly ignoring customers. Just poorly managed.
