Normally I hate shopping, but I could spend hours here, best store in Wooster. Staff is incredible, always helpful, always very knowledgeable. Store is well stocked and very clean,selection is fantastic. 28 years in retail and I was very impressed. Only downside is parking can be a challenge but that's not the store's fault

My husband went into the store and was not treated very nicely. He is disabled and asked the lady about an elevator (as this store has 3 floors). She was absolutely so rude to him. We will NOT be back.

Yeah just go ahead and figure an extra hour to spend in here, especially if you have any interest whatsoever in grills/smokers or outdoor work of any kind. I really enjoyed my visit here and I’ll definitely be back. It has multiple levels so adds something to it. Lil kids carts keep the children entertained easily

I went to the hardware store downtown on Saturday and noticed that the elevators were blocked off and was wondering if they are still working or not?I can't climb stairs because I'm on oxygen and what I need is on the 3rd floor.

Unfortunately I will not be coming here for paint at all in future.
A color promoted as the “color of the month” on Ace’s website, the associates were unable to mix for me. They said to check back later and in the meantime they would try to figure it out. I called a week later and they assured me they could now mix that color. I returned (4 children in tow) to get my paint sample mixed and when I get to the car and open the can, it’s the wrong color completely! 😵💫 unbelievable! I returned to the 2nd floor paint counter and showed them - no satisfactory solution was offered - they could not apparantly mix this color afterall. not only that, but the lady at the counter could also not even figure out how to give me a refund for the wrong sample because we had activated a 5$ reward on our teansaction - so I finally left without a refund. Big waste of time will not return.

The store is fun to shop in. They have several floors. They have everything you need. I love the old wooden floors. All the associates are nice and helpful.

Staff is always so friendly helpful and professional when you walk in the door store is always clean and comfortable I had to get some keys made recently for a couple of the taxi Vehicles they were very helpful and professional and picking the right key blanks thank you all so much at the Wooster location.

I ordered the rocket hose and attachments, there was confusion when I phoned in to see if it had arrived. Tom took control totally, Located my order, reassured me. It would be there the following Friday and arranged for me to pick it up at the front desk on the main floor. I went in greeted nicely with a smile, and Tom is my Ace hero as It was there waiting to be picked up. That’s why I shop local not big box stores because of folks like Tom
