Incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient! They really listen to your concerns and work with you as the patient to get things handed. They also offer free delivery which is a huge plus! I’m switching all of my meds from Rite Aid….at Genoa they truly do treat you like family and stay on top of things!

I've caught them making mistakes several times and the pharmacy technicians are very unprofessional.It's great that they deliver and the guy that delivers is pretty decent and is never a problem but man those technicians are nuts and it makes you wonder how they even got to be pharmacists to begin with.Management really needs to take a closer look at who's running this place.
