I ordered some accessories for my new vehicle from their website and even with the shipping cost (which was more than $100 due to the large, heavy parts I ordered) they were much cheaper than what my local dealer was quoting. I ordered this month from them in their online store and process was pretty smooth throughout the whole process. It was really easy to get what I wanted. Stopped in to grab a few accessories I ordered online and was assisted by a super helpful guy. I didn’t get a name, but he was quick and informative. I haven’t used the rest of your facility services in a few years, but it’s been a pleasant experience during sales, service, and now parts.

They're pretty good---have been purchasing from them going back over my last three or four Hondas. Just be sure not to order things where the shipping address differs from the billing address or if the cumulative dollar amount is over $700 or so--their internal fraud prevention system doesn't allow the transaction even when you clear it with your own bank. I had to have them cancel the order so I could redo it with Paypal.

This place is great! Quick order processing and ships to home quickly! A real gem of a store. The parts counter is super awesome to work with. Great web site...lots of components for my Ridgeline. Items appear to be in stock. 2 major issues...I'm a snowbird, my CC billing address is in a different state from our summer address They cannot ship to my ship to address, instead they will only ship to my bill to address. In addition the guy was absolutely rude when I tried to explain what has to be a common issue. Their loss, $1800 order. Lots of other options out there. Avoid these guys. They must have enough business already.

Not sure what to make of it all, honestly. Their parts department is excellent, I will say that!I was working on my sister in law's vehicle. Needed a new alternator and battery. I replaced both, but the battery light - as well as the AWD light, came on when I replaced it. I took it to Honda to diagnose. Jake Schiaffino checked me in. They came in to tell me the connector to the alternator was the issue - I did snap the clip on it, so I went along with it. He said the tech said he felt that was it. $150 for the 'clip' and work around the same. I did find the clip online for $12; so, I got hit for that. What's worse? It didn't work. Then, they said it was the battery voltage sensor. $200+ to replace that. That part is $100 and takes 15min. to install, FYI. Fortunately, it took a few days to get it.I went home and dove into the internet. Apparently, 'bad' new alternators are a thing. So, I went to a local parts store and got another alternator. Swapped it out and the issue is resolved.What bothers me? I didn't take this to a family chain/Firestone. I took it to a Honda dealership. That's what they specialize in. Honda's. Why wasn't this an easy issue/fix for them? That's what they do - all day, every day. Instead, we threw a connector at it and were walking down the path of a sensor that was, ultimately, fine.Not upset, but let's think about it. $150 for a connector. About to be another $200+ for a sensor that wasn't going to fix it. When does it end? This, from a Honda dealer?I love supporting local, but this situation didn't resonate well with me, unfortunately. :(YMMV!?

I ordered parts online from College Honda. They arrived quickly and well packed. I already downloaded the online installation guide. Everything was perfect. Great price and freat service!
