“First time to this town for work, and let me tell you all that I had wonderful experience staying in here. Not only rooms are nice and clean but staff are all friendly and helpful to make your stay good. Stuck for few days in winter storm but the front desk crew was very helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel when you are in town regardless for work or leisure.

“Victor, once again I have returned to your inn. The Super 8 banner beguiles the clean, quaint, quiet and comfortable rooms you provide. At some 35 miles away with some two dozen other accommodating hotels to choose from yours stands still a value and comfortable place to stay. It’s been well over two years since my last of numerous stays here and much to my surprise the staff remains professional, friendly and welcoming (although I missed your attendance) which alone is a great experience. The inn itself is still very clean, well kept and the location excellent as restaurants, shopping, convenience stores are but only minutes away 24/7. The interstate right out your driveway. I stay in hotels all across the states and yours rivals the best of them. I frequent the Hampton Inns and gladly passed them by for my two day stay here. I would recommend your inn to anyone, couple or family looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable and friendly place to stay. I look forward to my next visit and applaud your hospitality efforts as time and consistency prove you are an excellent inn keeper. Thank you, hope to see you next time.

“Not bad for the price. I stayed in room 112, it was very clean and everything worked as it should. It’s an older building so it’s not as nice as some other hotels but as long as they keep it clean I can’t complain. The breakfast and coffee weren’t great but at least it was free.”

“Me my wife and sonstayed at this hotel for 3 months while we were trying to buy a place. The owner Sam and his staff are great people and made the long stay more welcoming. They were excited when we finally found our gouse and congratulated us. If you need to stay in wooster they are very great people. Rooms are priced probably the least expensive in town”

“The Best Western in Wooster has exceeded all my expectations. It is not just that the hotel is clean, has large rooms and affordable. The employees are genuinely warm and friendly.
Alyssa, the Director of Sales, remembered me from when I visited last fall for a funeral. She interacts with her guests and she seems to really enjoy working there.
Nae tended the small bar during my visit. She is both charming and engaging. She alone elevates the guest experience.
I have stayed in many hotels with amenities such as valets and roof top bars. This hotel is far better.”
