“My wife’s center stone fell out of her engagement ring, so I took it to Steve. I told him that I would like to upgrade the diamond while making the needed repairs. He helped walk me through the process of picking a new stone, and we agreed on what I feel was a very fair price. He made all the repairs/modifications and installed the new stone. He did such a phenomenal job! He kept me up-to-date on things the whole time the process was being completed. He came in on the time and within the estimate quoted. When I picked up the ring, it had been cleaned and polished, and looked great! I can be a hard customer to satisfy because I am very particular but, both my wife and I were very pleased with the service and quality of the work performed.
