Rob was forward, direct and to the point. The conversation was good enough. The car though it's color was unknown. Runs as good as an 11 year old car is expected to run. I believe the cars vibe is a reflection of Main Stream Auto Sales. Which is a chill business vibe. Ran by real down to earth people.

I don't have any words to explain how wonderful this guy and his family is, all I can say is they're truly heaven sent! If you're looking for a vehicle that's reliable, less than cheap and adamant about really needing a vehicle to get through the alphabet than I HIGHLY and GENUINELY recommend you to take your business to Main Stream Auto Sales and I guarantee you'll be riding home in something you didn't think you'd be getting! AMAZING family to even speak to let alone do business with!!!!

I will never buy another vehicle from Main Stream Auto Again! There mannerisms was awful! Guy( owner) . Said quote; I f..... Wouldn't screw a female. Well he did! I bought a Ford escape 5 months ago. Last month I went to have a oil change and my vehicle is so bad underneath that my mechanic made me sign a paper to leave parking lot. There is major problems to this vehicle! The rods; cradle for motor( all rusted) I could go on and on! They do not even deserve to be open!

What very nice people to deal with! My husband and I were looking for a 4 wheeler to give our 8 year old son for Christmas. The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. I contacted the business by email and the response was very quick. My husband went to the dealership on a Friday and put a down-payment on the VERY reasonably priced, 2024-4 wheeler because he didn't have our SUV to bring it home. He was told that he could pick it up on Saturday, even though they are not open on the weekends. Main Stream Auto was kind enough to include a helmet with the sale and helped to fit the 4 wheeler in our SUV. This place even offers service after the sale! We highly recommend Main Stream Auto.

Bought a 2004 cadillac seville. Asked specifically if there were any issues and was told no. Halfway home, the dash lights up. Sets codes for an internal transmission problem, plus several emissions, fuel related issues. Now the damn thing won't even start. Wrote a nasty review and got a response that said they didn't know who I was and that they hadn't sold a cadillac in two years. Absolute lies!!!! When I reminded them that it was in my wife's name, the story was , oh, you wrote a review and didn't even give us a chance to try to make it right first. So, because I'm a reasonable person, I took the review down. They asked what the codes were. I spent my time getting the codes and submitting them. After all that, the story now is , sorry, we aren't going to do anything about it. DO NOT buy anything from these people!!!! If I could leave less than one star I would. We have contacted the Attorney General and will be contacting the BBB and anyone else we can think of. I repeat DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!

FIRST TIME BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Traded in my car and got sold a car at 3 times the price I was told i would pay. They lied to me saying the total purchase price included the interest from financing they've replied that the bank somehow charged me that amount for the car but that is not the case again this company lied to me about the total price on the bill of sale containing the Interest of the financing as well as the total on the vehicle seeing as Ohio is a one party state I would suggest recording any and all communication with this company if you do decide to buy here don't waste your time or money almost every review on this company is by either an employee working here or a family member whom hasn't bought anything from this company.
