“This is a review involving Dylan. I met him on Friday, February 28, 2026 at about 4:00 PM at DASCO in Wooster. He was very courteous and respectful of the problem I was having with my BiPAP machine and finding a connection. He offered to find the connection for me. He found it in about 30 seconds and attached it to my BIPAP hose. It worked perfectly.
Dylan did exactly what I needed. He was a gentleman and he answered my questions and solved my problem. I would rate his work a 10 on a 10 point scale and when I have a problem in the future, I’m going to look him up. Thank you so much!”
