It was really cut & dry. I came in with a flat tire to be checked. Mr. Tire asked appropriate questions, found, the problem, fixed the problem . They put everything back: spare tire & fixed tire back on vehicle.
Very happy with zero & the short time I was there. I would return & tell friends about my experience. The price was very reasonable.

My daughter is in Wooster at college. There is absolutely no way that Mr. Tire should have charged her over $900.00 for 4 tires that went on a 2011 Honda Accord. She was definitely taken advantage of! I only gave one star because I had too! SMH

Mr. Tire bailed me out this weekend. Thanks to John and JJ for their work in changing our my mom's battery on a Sunday. Battery was in a bad space and under some things, so auto parts store wouldn't install. Mr. Tire to the rescue. Decided to get an oil change and new tires for the season as well. All in under 2 hours, good price, excellent service! Great job guys!

My experience at the physical location of the Wooster, Ohio Mr. Tire was great! The employee at the front desk made sure to let me know when my vehicle was getting worked on/wrapped up. I waited in the lobby, and was there approximately an hour.
My ONLY complaint lies with the outsourced customer service. I had a very kind and helpful woman from the Philippines help me, but, corporate needs to make sure these employees are up to date on the pricing at the stores. I was quoted $30 per tire for mount/ balance/ alignment and disposal over the phone, however, when it came time to pay it was $36 a tire and an additional $15 disposal fee. For individuals that may need to closely budget, this could be a big difference.

Had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler’s brakes. They got me in the same day. they got me back up Going in a timely matter. I would highly recommend them. John was awesome And I will be back in the future

Recently had been having issues with my Acadia vibrating while driving. I asked about getting my tires rebalanced. Little did I know my balljoint was about to fall apart. Unlike some other shops forcing unnecessary work, I was informed tires were in good balance, and what would need repaired. I was met with kindness and fair pricing. Would highly recommend!

Had 2 new tires put on my Wife's van (back)
Asked them to put the new ones in the front and move the front to the back. Front wheel drive wanted new tired in front. The tires in front were only 6months old and they said they couldn't move them because there was a 1/32 of cuping on the tire.
Next day brought my truck in for 4 tires. They refused to do because of a little bit of rust. Seemed like they didnt want to do any work and looked for any excuse not to do so. They were more interested in standing around talking. Took over an hour for the 2 tires I did have done ( newer van no rust or issues) will absolutely not be going back, ever. Will also not recommend to others. Will warn others of poor service and bad attitudes. Overall horrible experience.
FYI, took my truck to a different shop, had no issues and had all 4 tires done under an hour!!!!!!

We were very pleased with the Help and service we received at this Mr. Tire. John and Jason were beyond helpful and got us back on the road safely! We were traveling from Michigan when my vehicle broke down. They were great about getting my vehicle in quickly and assessing the problem. My rear differential went out :( Initially, they informed me it would take a couple of days to get the part and to get it repaired (which meant rental car to get home then driving back 4 hours from Michigan to pick up my car, inconvenient and expensive, but unavoidable)
The next day John contacted me to let me know that they received the part sooner than expected and that Jason would have it repaired by the end of the day!! The repair has been great and I can’t say enough good things about these guys!

Had a great experience here today. Came in to get an oil change and get my rear brakes looked at. Knew going in, it was going to be a pricey trip. Ended up needing more work done than I thought. The SM told me the new cost and was able to help me get a financing plan so I could get all the work I needed. Even was able to help me get alittle bit of the cost down. Have been here a few times and it’s always been quick and good work. Thank you to this team!
