They changed my oil and rotated my tires in less than 30 minutes. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment and they took my car in ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly and the chairs were very comfortable. I've been there several times for service and have never been disappointed

Our experience with the purchase of a certified used vehicle was quick and efficient.
We were offered a very fair price for our trade and our sales person, Jeff, was very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had.
Overall, our experience was very positive and we would recommend Jeff and Pallotta Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Work order was for 5w-30 oil. Work done said 5w-20, 6 quarts. Owners manual says motor gets 7 quarts. Check list says windshield washer resoirvor was topped off. It was half full not full.

My salesperson was Andy Thomas. I hate car shopping, and his "no pressure" approach was very much appreciated.
Something that particularly impressed me was when I sent Andy a text that we had decided to purchase the vehicle, I received a text back and the first thing it said was "Thank you!", rather than the typical "congratulations on your new car".
All in all, it was a great car buying experience.

We purchased our 2021 Ford Edge from Pallotta Ford in Wooster Ohio. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive for us but well worth it. The salespeople made it a very easy and enjoyable experience with our new purchase. The salesman's name was Zach, and he was very pleasant and really helped with the deal.
