  They refused to sell me five $.22 goldfish because they thought I was gonna harm them. So I went to a different pet store and bought five times more than I needed.

  Usually a good experience at the Wooster location. It's extremely rare that I can't go in,get what I need, and get out very quickly.
  The staff is also usually pretty friendly and attentive. Save for one specific individual who always seems unhappy or bothered. They are relatively easy to avoid however and the other employees are always willing to help

  Went to buy fish and was told we weren’t fit to buy them almost rejected of buying them from the girl with very short hair… she was just so rude! Will not be buying fish from this store anymore

  We have gotten fish from here twice now, both times we were getting treated poorly and refused certain fish because we weren’t “fit” to take care of them. The employees name was Nikko and although they are knowledgeable, being friendly and not snobby with us for the second time would be great. Will be going to pet co from now on for the search of better customer service. No complaints with the other employees, they were nice. Avoid Nikko if you want a good experience here.

  This is 3rd visit to get my dog groomed, the first visit my granddaughter wanted his ears trimmed a little she stayed with him to make sure just a little was taken off, we had to reshape it from square to rounded. The next time I said don't cut the ears, she did a good job today he came back with the ears cut and squared off it looks terrible, this is the second groomer that doesn't listen to what we told her not to do. When I took him in last time I told her I don't want her to ever cut his ears. She cut his small nails short so I told her not to cut the short ones last time, so she said she didn't cut the short nails because that's what I wanted last time.now I have to try to fix the squared off ears. When you pay 100. for a cut it should be done right. So beware if your getting your pet groomed,

  The selection of products for the pets I have is good. Prices and store deals are usually good. The only thing I see that could be better managed would be the use of advertising for the grooming center with services and the cost. The employee didn't know who the provider service is, or the cost of what I was inquiring about. I was trying to make an appointment for a cat's nail cut.

  I had my golden retriever in today (1/7/24) and Rebecca and a tall brown haired helper took 5 1/2 hours to groom him. He is 90 pounds and didn't have mud or dirt on him anywhere. Ashley did my 130 pound Newfie yesterday in less than 4 hours. I know Rebecca and her helper had my dog penned up for hours as they finished two other dogs first. The "helper", then tried to shame me by saying my golden was so dirty. I agreed with her because I knew she was blaming me instead of their neglect and wasn't smart enough to be redirected. Service was on 1/7/24. I would stay away from Rebecca and her brown haired helper. I tipped them more than 25% when I thought they were done with my golden. Rebecca then said it would be less than 5 minutes more and that turned into 40 minutes because they hadn't trimmed his feet, ears and more. 5 1/2 hours. My dog was penned up too long waiting for them to get back to him and then they tried to lie to me blaming me for a dirty dog. Immaturity and ignorance. Don't schedule Rebecca and her helper. I paid way too much for the service and the tip. Ashley is a rock star with my newfie. The two stooges today with my Golden are neglectful and ignorant to think I was going to accept their blaming me and my dog's "dirt". Not 5 1/2 hours of dirt for a 90 pound golden with fine and easily cleanable hair. They neglected him while taking care of other dogs.

  Tried to buy some fish and they wouldn't let me because my tank was too small for the amount i wanted. I mean I respect that they are asking questions and all but i've never had anyone ask me anything about a goldfish before.. that's a little inconsistent. and its confusing when they have hundreds of fish in their tiny tank but i cant have multiple in mine? they said the fish wouldn't survive which may be true, so I understand they want to protect the fish. but also, their fish tank has dozen of dead fish on the bottom so... kind of hypocritical
