I went in to deposit some of my cash and someone I went to high school with works there and she was the only open person available and she refused to help me. The level of unprofessionalism is crazy to me. I deal with people I may not like all the time at multiple jobs I have had but I cant say “Sorry I cant help you”

Went to get a title transferred, and the person there wouldn’t do it because the seller wasn’t a PNC member?!?!? Buyer was a PNC member and had had this done before several times at other PNC locations.
