Took my disabled wife's trike in today with a brake problem. They basically dropped what they were doing to repair it and tune it up for a very reasonable price. GREAT SERVICE!

Prolly not the most conventional method but they were the only place open and that had the cable I needed to finish my motorcycle throttle cable they were very nice and helpful would definitely recommend this place to anyone for the people alone

I had an eBike purchased through the manufacturer website which linked an option to have the bike and accessories built locally for a $180 fee. In support of local and small business I opted for Ride-On. The bike was delivered in a week and built in a day. This seems like the start to a great story, but it is not. When I came to pick it up, the owners were short, rude, and wouldn’t help me unless I had a “code” from Aventon, which I had never received. Once I found an order number I tried to get the older lady’s attention when she started saying “I can’t do anything for you unless you have a code” repeatedly as I tried stating that I have the code. She relented, put it in, and dismissed my wife and I. Before we left, I asked if my other parts were coming in and she stated “No” without looking at the computer or anything and walked away. Upon receiving the bike and taking it home I found the tires completely flat, loose hanging reflectors, a scratch on the screen, and really loose brakes. I then went back myself and made sure that was all fixed. Fast forward a week and a half, I come back into the shop after receiving a call that my other order has arrived. Both owners have backs to the door and didn’t even address me as I walked in. I had to walk up behind them and say excuse me. They bring it out and it’s a child buggy that I paid $400+ for and she’s just dragging it across the floor in a box. A close friend who recommended them had his entire bike, racks, and child buggy built by them and did not have an issue. They were rude, not helpful, and acted as though I wasn’t worth their time. I wouldn’t buy air for my tires there. Better hope they are having a good day when you come in, otherwise don’t bother. They didn’t do the job right at all and I am very disappointed in a “4.9” rated company. 1/10 would never recommend.

I have been a Ride-On customer, friend and cycling enthusiasts now for going on 10 years. I have purchased every bike in my fleet from Bill and Jackie and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Had a GREAT experience At Ride On! Purchased a mountain bike and the owner, Bill, was SO helpful and patient in trying out different adustments to the bike so it was just right! He is knowledgeable and patient, and I went away with a beauty! I am going to enjoy riding this bike. Thank you to Bill and Jackie. You both were SO helpful, professional, patient and kind!
