Liz has great knowledge of hair colors and its always easy to communicate my expectations.. my color always turns out great.. And Kara is precise at her cutting skill and is "THE ONE" for short haircuts using your natural texture to make your hair styling easy

Absolutely horrendous customer service and no professionalism! My daughter made offhand comments during a haircut about something that wasn't even true, and without even speaking to me for clarification or explanation, cancelled my upcoming appointment and is refusing to let me schedule future appointments. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here and wish I hadn't. I work hard in my career, am a clean person and used to splurge on myself and my daughter here, but wouldn't recommend this salon, in general, or even Liz Riley. My cuts and colors were never that great or worth what I paid anyways.
