“I got a notification that I missed my delivery when I was home. So I was driving to the customer center to tell them to hold my package and I would pick it up the next day. I saw a driver and asked him if he had that route. He said no but called the driver who did. The driver was a few minutes away from me. So I found out where his next stop was and met him there and got my package. That's excellent customer service in my book..”
