Awful experience! My late father had a storage unit here. When he passed, I contacted them right away and told them. They said he was paid up for 6 months. When I went in to find out how to clean the unit and pay for it while we waited for clearance from lawyers and judges, I was informed to let them know after I cleaned it and they would handle the rest. I called because the 6 months were up and I was informed that no, it wasn't paid for 6 months and that I had actually missed a payment. Because of how long estate cases take, I had been paying for it out of pocket. The last payment was done by my husband after he cleaned everything he could out. Three months later, we receive a letter stating they had ended the contract and we weren't to go back in and whatever was in there would be sold in auction. Fast forward two more months after they sent the letter, and they ran my husbands card without his permission and then said they do it all the time to get peoples attention. Note, my husband doesn't have a storage unit there. Refused to give the money back when we called and said we needed to bring cash from the person that does owe the money! When my husband went in the next day and explained it was fraud, they decided to refund the money. They are terrible and rude and no one seems to know what the next person is doing. I called and explained the letter and the person that answered the phone seemed confused that someone sent a letter and said he trusts that I'm telling the truth. Do not go here. I wonder how many people they just charge and don't notice or don't speak up. When I spoke with my uncle who had setup the storage unit with my father informed me that they were charging me more than what the agreed upon price. My husband got a print out for me and they were trying to charge me for NOV and DEC! Mind you, they ended the contract in Oct. They are a sham. Dealing with my fathers death was hard enough but having to deal with these people makes it 10x worse. Edit: They never reversed the charges.

My late father had a storage unit through them. Upon his passing, I went in to pay for the unit and explained the circumstances and that I would want to clean out the unit. After paying for months and receiving the go ahead from the lawyer, I donated the items in the unit and could not take a handful of items with me and made a final payment in July. They sent a letter to an old PO BOX at the end of OCT that I didn't receive until the middle of Nov., stating that the unit was terminated and they would charge me for auction and advertising of any remaining items. The amount due could only be paid by cash, money order or cashiers check. Then on Dec 1, 2019, they charged my husbands card 200 and refused to give him his money back unless they could receive cash from his estate. When my husband went in Dec 2, to explain to them what they are committing is fraud, the guy told him they do it to get people's attention. They finally reversed the charges and when asked for a printout of all the charges, they added Nov and Dec on there as months that I owe. I called them and when I explained that the unit has been closed since Oct, by them, the guy said he was glad that someone was finally letting him know what was going on. If we hadn't received a notification about the money, they would have received an extra 200 from a person they are not authorized to take money from. Uhaul sucks and so does this company. they charge me for two days rental when I had it for one day. Will never use them again. I called and no one has returned my call. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY WHEN RENTING A UHAUL! DONT USE UHAUL EITHER!!!!!

The humans who work there are very nice. That being said... my daughter and a number of her friends at College of Wooster rented storage units for the summer and returned to find their items covered in mold and mold spores. The clothing and anything fabric SMELLS and the living mold is repulsive. Ever surface, book, container... even shoes are covered. When I called them they told me it was because it was a warm humid summer?!?! and/or the students must have stored refrigerators that made it too moist in the units?!?! No offers to compensate for the 60$ and counting in laundry fees, ruined Books and items, and inconvenience as a whole. But they did say they would put in more dehumidifiers and fans for next summer so it should be better. Um, we will pass thanks.

Rented a uhaul tow dolly. Phone conversation was pleasant. When arrived counter person was hurried. I felt he just wanted to get me out of there.

A great place for your landscaping needs. Prices are cheaper and better quality than the Big Box stores. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wanted a Uni-Lock paver patio, Silver Brothers was able to figure out exactly how many pavers I would need. They even referred a great landscaper to do the job. They have my business and I'll steer everyone I know here too.
