Had several pedicures done, some good and some not. Most recent was good and has lasted for about one week. First manicure with regular polish last Thursday; nails chipping in about one and a half days. Within five days several had chipped and three polish came off completely. No refund, no apology, just come in and spend another hour to have them redone. Not!

I always have great service! I've been going for years. Recently I am more of a regular. Justin is fantastic!! He does a phenomenal job on my nails, is timely ( I usually make appointments) and he is easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

I usually get a pedicure 3 or 4 times a year.
Today paid for full service was more like basic and not even that. The older lady that worked on my feet, did not do my heals and it was more of just a lotion service and poor job on my nails.

I have been going for about 6 months every 3 weeks to Tracey faithfully! Every single time she has done a phenomenal job on my nails. That’s saying a lot bc I’m a very picky person, and no matter what photo I show her she always makes it own and makes them look 100 times better! Not only is she talented, she treats everyone with kindness ! All the staff are friendly and they’re talented in their own ways! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Over charged for services numerous times, poor scheduling, poor work, long waiting times. I am more mad at myself for returning one more time. We have too many other options that provide better service, consistency, better management, and actually appreciate their customers. I will not go into details about every experience however, I will forever voice My opinions on all my BAD experience to all of my friends and others that I come in contact with to avoid trusting this business. Do not bother talking to management as they will turn your bad situation on you somehow! If you see me out this fourth of july weekend olease do not judge me on my nails. Ugh

Went for 2 pedis & 2 tips, left being told my bill was $266. I asked the nail tech for black nail polish only. He looks me in my face & asks “do u trust me” I should have said no. He charged me $20 extra for every nail he put an ugly ass design on. Although I am aware nail art is typically extra I should have been made aware of how much extra before I was charged. Then instead of completing the job he leaves & has someone else do it so he doesn’t have to answer my $266 question….. I’ll never return. Worst experience ever max max max these nail are worth is 50$
My friend who was with me got French tips which are $45 so how does the rest add up

I have been to Tip Toe and Beyond numerous times. A few years ago, I was a regular. I had a girls trip that I wanted acrylic nails w/gel and a pedicure. I'm not completely satisfied with my nails and my pedicure, I'm not happy about as my feet look dry and cracked. I paid for a basic manicure and pedicure for my 9 year old plus my adult daughter, which she got acrylics with gel and a basic pedicure and they charged me $340! I'm going to call them for them to clarify the prices because it doesn't add up. Plus if I'm getting charged that outrageous price, I would expect my pedicure to look way better then it does.
I was skeptical about the lady who did my nails, who also did my pedicure. My oldest daughter's acrylics have residue under the nails, which she can't remove.
I'm getting married in a few weeks and do not have trust for them to do a satisfactory job.
I would read bad reviews to make an educated decision on doing business with them. It is very unfortunate since I have used them before.
My sister also got a pedicure done at the same time. She has complaints as well with the service.
The only positive note is the lady who did my 9 year old, was very patient with her and you can tell she probably gets assigned all the kids.

I scheduled a 12pm appointment and waited for over half an hour where they let walk-ins be seen before me. I no longer had time to stay due to my work schedule and wanted my nails done for an event. Extremely disappointed, don’t bother scheduling an appointment since walk-ins go first!

When i call for an appt; they always try to provide times and days that work for my schedule. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My nails always look great.
