This past week I visited Tricor to purchase some bolts and nuts for a current home project. The young lady helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what I needed. I specifically asked her name (Katie) because the older woman behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful towards the customer she was helping. She was cursing like a sailor and very demeaning. I do not think this elder gentleman noticed but I certainly took notice of her rude behavior. I believe her name was Tory or Tony.

The two girls at the counter were great friendly very helpful and had what I needed not to mention cute I needed some 9" grade 8 bolts and they had them. Screw RKO for bolts

Product selection is top notch,the woman behind the counter is very knowledgeable and very helpful, parking is a bit tricky and the mgr could probably stand to buy a personality, outside of that great place to get your shop equipment
