The elderly gentleman was very rude and short with his customer handling. Said that the truck was filthy and charged me a cleaning fee when it was in no way, shape, or form filthy. I asked for them to send me a Pic and they said they would but had no intention. I could hear him in the background say, "Guess he'll think about cleaning next time, won't he?"
Very unprofessional. Terrible

Forced me to rent a 30 dollar a day truck instead of a 20 dollar a day truck to have it for two days. Called me every 6 hours to call the police claiming I stole it and moving everything by myself had to rush returning it. Had to walk 7 miles with my 17 year old dog and they complained and want to charge me more money. Unbelievable, reap what you sow.

Earlier this year (springtime 2023) I needed to rent a trailer and drive my Jeep named Marcia up to Cloquet, Minnesota.I really was clueless and did not know where to start. Call me old fashioned, but I like to talk and ask questions in person. Stopping by the place, I went inside and explained that I needed to get my pretty blue Jeep Marcia to my best friend in Cloquet, Minnesota.The two gentleman there, answered all of my questions, and were very helpful. First of all, I was unaware that my trailer hitch set up was not complete. I bought the hardware needed which was a huge relief, because on the day I picked up my trailer that was reserved for me, I was able to get the trailer connected and was on my way.Thank you! I was able to get Marcia safely from Wooster and through the fun barrel of monkeys called Chicago Tollways.... whew. white knuckled, but confident that the trailer was still there. ( humor). Upon arrival in Cloquet, Minnesota and after safely unloading Marcia off the trailer, promptly dropped off the trailer at a place in Cloquet, where they also were a local business with very helpful people.

We have used this location in the past but this last time was horrendous. First of all, don't ever use the app after hours because it won't work and no one will be there to help you. Uhaul customer service after hours is incredibly bad. We were on hold for over an hour to fix their mistake. We had to come in the next day because there was a mistake made on their end. The next day, the local Uhaul workers were nice and apologized. When I went to get our truck, the mileage on their paper was wrong. It showed starting with 13 less miles than the truck really had. We were paying nearly $1 a mile so this would have been a $10 overcharge. I spoke to the manager and he was very nice and said he'd fix it and even throw in some miles for all our trouble. When it was all done, they never fixed the mileage mistake and charged me for the incorrect mileage. We messaged them and they ignored it. I don't believe this was done intentionally but still a terrible way to do business. I would recommend someone else but if you have to use them, only pickup during business hours and look carefully at miles and take pictures of the odometer. If there's a mistake, make them fix it immediately and give the corrected receipt to you right then. I would call Uhaul corporate to complain but the $10 they ripped me off isn't worth being on hold for half a day. Very sad.

The first place wasn't very good the place I picked up the truck they didn't have the truck pulled up had to hunt it in the parking lot ask for moving blankets didn't offer to carry them to the truck the drop off place was excellent very helpful

The truck was decent, picking it up and returning it not so much. Not only did my order number magically vanish, but it was only visible to their internal systems. So when I tried to extend my rental, I could do nothing. They ended up charging me 3x the rate for using it 1 additional day.
