You’re supposed to be able to bring Amazon packages & ship them back without having to print the labels or package them back up. Not here $2 each print out? Not a good look when it’s supposed to be free to bring them to the store.

Went to this UPS Store to return an item to Amazon. Store was busy, but customers were handled courteously and efficiently.

Last two weeks I had lot of returns to Amazon. I was treated so nice and the staff was so helpful and friendly. No one said a snide comment or gave me a dirty look. This is the only place I will do my returns. They have taught me lot about Amazon. I appreciate each and every associate.

Paid shipping and left the package. USPS never received the package. Says label created but not received. They take your money but no responsibility. All they can say is it's not here. I thought with a tracing number they would track it. Not set it off to the side and take no responsibility. Won't use them again. Terrible service.
Tried to reach out to customer relations but need a transaction number. When I tried to get that. Was told by the your staff. There is no reason to file a complaint. Because it is through usps even though they never received the package. Again pretty much told we don't take responsibility for your package. I asked if this would be trackable and was told yes. But the only information is label created. I would have never left the package if I didn't know I could track it. Don't offer a service you can't provide.
Still waiting on a call from the manager. Hopefully they gave her the message, or maybe it got lost too.

I highly recommend UPS to ship all your packages. They always do a great job and they also seem to always deliver on time for me. They also have never damaged any of my packages that they have delivered. The staff in this store are very friendly and I have shipped a few packages from here.

Ordered a few electronics online and when ups delivered the packages they put them at the end of my driveway in the snow. If I didn't get home shortly after my products would have been ruined. Drive way wasn't bad enough to not drive down it, extremely disappointed in this delivery experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I have been going here for yrs and did an amazon return. Amazon requires the box to be taped, which I was thinking they wanted to see inside the box that it was there and hadn’t taped it prior. No problem. I asked for a piece of tape and was told it’s 5.99 a roll to buy. I asked for just a piece off a roll I could clearly see and was told it’s $10 to package. I just wanted tape. I needed 1 piece of tape and was denied. Horrible service!
