Great service! It's also a great resource for anything traveling you can come in, sit down, talk with someone but you probably should make an appointment. You can also exchange dollars for anywhere and anywhere in the world It's a $12 fee. If you remember to exchange money usually takes about a day it might be hard to find but just follow the signs and where it says AAA members entrance. But you can go inside and look around and get various books on where you want to travel. Even cruise information if you're into doing cruises

The service is excellent. It is a great resource for anything travel. The value is okay. Has tons of things to select from for travel all over the world. Really good selection. The value is okay but what I like the most is you can come in and just sit down and go through travel information at your leisure. If you do want to talk to an agent it's best to make an appointment. The other good thing I like is that I can exchange money from anywhere in the world in one day. It's a little tricky to get to just follow the signs and you'll get to it

Years of declining service with promises never met. The last straw, recently the AAA tech John took my battery still under warranty, would not leave me my property that was legally mine with core charge, it was escalated and the management or supervisor who handled the situation made it worse as Bob belligerently and never followed through on what he promised, hassled the dealership who was dealing with car, and never got back to me as AAA said he would on the BBB complaint I filed. From start to finish it was abysmal service. The tow truck driver was great. I’ve been a member over 20 years, will not review as the last two years service has suffered greatly.

Nah! Don’t waste your money. Years ago this used to be a top notch service. I’ve been a member for 32 years and the last three times I called they never came out. I called today and was told to expect someone within two hours. I called back for an ETA after two hours and apparently no roadside call was ever placed on my behalf. So I have to wait another ten minutes just trying to get to someone who can once again determine if they want to send someone out? The best part is that if they send the battery test person out and they say it’s not your battery, you get to call back to start all over again and request a tow!!Complete joke! Yes, I’m canceling and no I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I placed a call to Worthington OH AAA for roadside assistance Aug 2. I then sent them feedback on their website contact form on Aug 3 stating what follows. Crickets. The request number was 10959. My vehicle would not start. I was given a loose estimate of an hour or so before I would receive a callback from a tow service. After an an hour and forty five minutes I called back asking what the status was. The customer service person called AAA dispatching team while I waited. They said there were no tow trucks available. When I asked for some estimate, I was told dispatching would call me in a few minutes. (Because a software upgrade made it impossible for the person I was talking to do give me an estimate) Ninety minutes later. crickets. I had to walk home given I didn't have transportation. What would I have had to do if I was hours away from home? I finally received a call from a tow company three and one half hours after I placed my call. I was home and had no way to get to my broken down vehicle so I cancelled the request and took care of it the next day without the help of AAA. This was a day and time of day traffic was light. What’s their service in emergency weather? A week?

We wanted to plan a vacation package so we set up an online meeting with Shaina. Shaina didn't show up for the first meeting, so we called the office and they transferred us to Shaina's number. We left a voicemail and never heard back. We then rescheduled the meeting for a later date and Shaina didn't show up again. This was ridiculously unprofessional, as least Shaina received her salary to ignore customers!

Generally have had good experience with the folks here. Unfortunate that the Ohio AAA office didn't have an Ohio map!

We recently booked an Insight vacation through AAA in Youngstown, OH. Our original travel agent quit. Our second travel agent, ******* ******, seemed very helpful, initially. Her first mistake was telling us that she “inherited” our trip. That was definitely unprofessional! Her second mistake was not addressing some messed up flights for our trip. She told us that we had no concerns. Flights change all the time. She was contacted repeatedly and did NOTHING to put our minds at ease. Since Ms. ****** did nothing, the manager, Jack and another travel agent, Allison worked doggedly to rectify our flight situation. This all came about just a week before our vacation. Thanks to both of their efforts we we got flights that made us feel comfortable and confident that we wouldn’t miss any connections..They were top notch, professionals. I don’t fault AAA at all. My complaint is about this particular complacent, 35 year, employee.

Been a member for 13 years. Never able to tow my vehicle without paying, rude customer service and I’ll never forget New Year’s Eve night I was left in negative degree weather in downtown Columbus for 5 hours. Worthless.

Called this location to see if they had a map of Asheville NC before I drove all the way to Worthington. No answer so left a message. No return calls received after 4 days. My husband commented that he has called that location before, left a VM and received no call back. So drove up there and luckily they had the map. While there I overheard a young girl at the reception desk speak to an older gentleman customer and she was loud, curt, deflected his concern, basically said it was a AAA decision, not her problem, she did not sign on the dotted line, etc. I found it a bit arrogant and disrespectful. There is another way to empathetically respond. My response when I asked about return calls was "oh I was on vacation so I can't help you". A little customer service training is needed.

AAA offered, and I completed, a driving course for seniors. I was attracted by a State of Ohio requirement that auto insurers give a discount on rates to those who complete the 2-day course. The instructor, Kelli O'Riordan, was thorough, respectful, and fun as she updated all of us experienced drivers on changes in the law, road signage and markings. I was surprised how much I learned- such as how to quickly calculate a safe stopping distance while driving. We reviewed compelling data about the most common situations that put older drivers most at risk of an accident, and how to avoid them. I considered myself a pretty good driver. Not as good as I thought, but much better now. It was well worth my investment of 10 hours.
