Store's location was very nice. Staff is very kind and friendly here. I liked to visit here. People are so cooperative here. I strongly recommend it.

My fav boutique in Old Worthington!!! Chicest vibe ever and their staff is always so friendly. Narrowing down my purchases is a dilemma because I’d buy the whole store if I could! My friends have also loved the items (booties, mittens, etc.) I’ve gifted them from Birch. This place is the epitome of a local gem!

I stopped at the Birch Boutique in Westerville today. The store had a good atmosphere and friendly staff. I picked up a body butter for my daughter and a facemask for my wife, which they really enjoyed.
