Not great. Never get toner on time... We always have to reach out to them to get toner AFTER we run out when we should be getting it automatically.

2 older women working at Blue Technologies don't seem to care much for customer support. Called in twice for troubleshooting on a client device, they could care less. Absolutely rude and hung up on me. Would never recommend Blue Technologies to my IT clients.

Warehouse manager's not the sharpest bulb in the cookie jar. We were moving a half-assembled printer onto its base, aligning it onto the base pins. Just before we squatted down to pick it up together, one on each side, I asked, “how much does this weigh?”, to which he replied, “I don’t know, about 50 pounds.” I thought he was joking. Why would 2 guys be needed to pick up 50 pounds? Well, we moved it and luckily the holes lined up fast with the pins. Then I asked again and if he was joking. He then points to the empty box it just came out of and reads it, “100 kg, whatever that is”. I cringe and pull out my phone to fire that into the unit converter ~ 220 pounds. It wasn’t so much the unsafe ergonomics as much as it was the glimpse into his hmm, lack of something if you know what I mean. 50 pounds. They made this guy the boss? Something in the water in Ohio, even before the derailments.

If I could give zero stars I would...expensive for nothing...all they do is sell, sell sell...service is non-existent. They made a lot of promises that were all lies. I am so sorry I decided to do business with BlueTech. They cost me money daily and always have their hand out to get more money from you. They never have answers to IT problems. Feeling furious and duped.

Blue Technologies provides great service on our copier. We have used them for years and we appreciate their quick response.
