I will travel to the other side of Columbus before going back to this one. The gentleman greeted me as I was walking in but the lady that was “helping” me was taking to me like I was stupid. Pregnant doesn’t mean stupid… telling me i lived certain places when I didn’t all bc she didn’t ask the last name my account was under… won’t return there unless I get someone else..

Went to deposit a few grand into my business account at an ATM. Card was deactivated and I was told inside my account was closed with no reason as to why. Horrible experience.

Brian W. is the BEST private client banker Chase has. His customer service is exceptional and he really listens to your needs. If you have any issues, he’ll work with you as long as it takes to get it right. I will def be back to this location just to visit Brian!! Would highly recommend asking for him as well!!

I went in with my 93-year-old mother, who could barely walk after my father died, and they took us to a standup station. I asked for chairs, we didn’t get chairs. I had several business issues to discuss, and they really did not want to help me. As a matter of fact, when I asked herto help me with certain issues, they tried to give me phone numbers to call. Well, I had called those phone numbers and had spent two hours trying to get through the vetting process and finally gave up in frustration. So when I explained this to the woman in charge, she looked over at the other woman who is so-called taking care of us, and said “ Don’t worry about these people. Nothing that you can do would be good enough for them” I’ve never been treated more badly in an establishment in my life. Now I am in the process I’m switching banks, because I never want to do business with this establishment ever again

I always go to this bank to get some change. They are always very kind but last time a different person had me and was rude like she was tired to deal with people even if it was 11 AM and there were no more people waiting in the line. Very disappointed

Stay away from this location. I considered banking with Chase but decided to stop the process due to how rude the employees were being to every customer. Bad people at this location.

Less than happy with the results of a recent interaction. Setup an appointment online to have an Officer of the Bank Certify a Treasury Direct form. The same branch successfully did the same for me back in May. The officer I was assigned: J. Salmeron told me the person that could sign wasn't in the office (fine), but he would call a couple of other branches and try to help me. After wasting approximately 45 mins of my time chatting w/Person on line, he hangs up and tells me: We quit certifying TD forms back in July. I asked what I should do, but he was unable/unwilling to do additional research to help me out. Next day I called another nearby Chase Bank Westerville Polaris, and the lady Kimberly asked when I could stop by. Westerville/Kim get a gold start, but J. Sameron deserves a thumbs down for providing no helpful assistance and instead wasting my time.

Ridiculous no one in this branch has their notary stamp. Branch manager should be requiring every one of their staff members to have their notary. Your local bank of all things should be offering notary services to their members.

Do NOT go here for banking. They can’t even do basic math!!!!!! To figure out the principal needed to hit a target loan to value ratio the lender was doing trial and error iterations. I told him the formula to just calculate it and the guy did not comprehend basic multiplication. I had to tell him the number!!!! They lie or are at best extremely incompetent when it comes to Chase policy. When I read directly from the Chase website they say that it out of date or not true. Had to get another branch involved to get things resolved. Go to any other branch these people are too d*** to tie their own shoes.

Warning this bank is clearly unaware that there is a Covid pandemic. If your ID is expired you will not be able to cash your check.

I didn't know it was possible to love a bank. Until I opened my account at this Chase branch the other day. First off, the place is immaculate and very welcoming. It's set up so there's no confusion on where to go or who to speak to. I had no problem setting up my account - easy process and very helpful staff members. And truly, that's the best part of this bank. Every single person I've talked to is kind, helpful, and genuine. I look forward to talking to them and it genuinely feels reciprocated. And on top of all this, I got an awesome Disney debit card. You can't beat it.
