Office staff is not responsive. Appliances are bottom of the barrel. Aside from cheap construction, the apartment is nice and the complex is usually pretty quiet.

My day was attacked by another dog. Nothing ever happened to the dog that attacked mine. I was not allowed out of my lease even though the dog lived right next door.

During my recent stay at Copley Park Apartments while visiting my daughter, I was quite disappointed with the state of the complex. There was trash scattered throughout the property, and even broken glass in some of the walkways, which posed a serious safety hazard.
To make matters worse, there was a lot of noise from an upstairs apartment that went on late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. This went on for the full seven days of my stay. Even though there are supposed to be quiet hours, they don't seem to be enforced.
We reported it to the leasing office and were advised to contact the police department. When doing so they referred us back to the leasing office. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved.
It’s unfair to the residents who pay $1800.00 a month or more in rent to live in these conditions.
While the complex itself has potential, these ongoing issues with cleanliness and noise really detract from the overall experience. I hope management takes action soon to address these problems for the sake of residents and their guests.

It's extremely hard to get the property managers to respond to work orders. I send one to Copley Park, and then when I check to see if they got it, I'm told to email my issue to Alexander Park. They hardly ever answer the phone at Copley Park.
If I have a complaint about a loud neighbor (II had to make several about the upstairs neighbor), I never get any feedback from the property managers. When I ask them if they have received my complaint, or if they looked into my complaint, their response is they can't tell me what they have done to resolve the issue. I never asked them what they did; I asked them if they ever received my complaint.
The landscape around my apartment is horrible. There is no grass, and the soil is always damp, which makes it a great home for unwanted pest/insects. I could add photos that I sent to the property managers several times, but I'm short on time right now. There is a tree line running along the property line, which used to be grass, that grew into tall, weeded trees.
They always shove things down your throat that you don't want. Like mandatory internet service that you got to purchase from them. Mandatory cable service. Trash cans to keep inside your apartment that are used for a trash pick-up service, but I don't need it because I dump my own trash. I believe that reduces the chance of getting rodents.
