Worthington Pharmacy and store are so very nice. They are worth the extra drive time since I moved.

Poor selection of goods and sold me expired allergy meds. The employees were friendly and quick enough when helping me afterward though, which saved it from being 1 star. Just make sure your stuff isnt expired if you buy from here, and youll be fine.

CVS pharmacy in Worthington has a very good staff. They are always helpful, and patient. Though the pharmacy is busy, staff is pleasant and efficient.

For about 2 years, I’ve been getting the same prescription filled at this pharmacy. Needles, syringes, and vials of medication. For the past several months I have been trying to get this pharmacy to refill the medication. The pharmacist “isn’t comfortable” filling it despite my endocrinologist knowing my needs better than him. I move it to a different CVS and they have no problem with it. Last week, I try to refill my syringes and the order gets cancelled. If you are on a controlled substance that needs to be filled on time, do not try to refill it here. If you’re unlucky enough to get that same pharmacist denying your script, your best bet is to transfer it somewhere else too.

I received texts on my phone to pick up my son's prescription. I went there today and they didn't have it. It had never been ready apparently. This was at 3:30 PM today. They said they could fill it but it wouldn't be ready until after 5. I asked them to transfer it to the New Albany CVS. They were able to fill it and texted me at 3:58 that it's ready for pick up. I know NA CVS is reliable. When they say it's ready, then it's ready. I will keep my prescriptions at New Albany even though I'm closer to Westerville.

This review is for Minute Clinic -- generally! Need stitches removed. FYI Minute Clinic charges over $100! for some half-baked nurse to remove stitches. Family Urgent care is way less expensive. Minute Clinic wants $50!!! for a flu shot. Are you kidding? Are they made of gold dust. And I didn't wait at all at Urgent Care. Got right in and saw a DOCTOR -- not some nurse who works part time. I guess they are cheaper than an emergency room, but that's not saying much. And this is for a part-time nurse, not a doctor. Blah to CVS.

the Pharmacy Dept of this CVS has very poor customer service. they have enough employees, but their hours must have been cut back. the staff is overworked. it is NOT their fault. all of them are very nice, so please be nice to them. ME? we [2] live within one block, but will now order online from our Medicare Plan D provider. sad.
