I booked a ground floor suite due to a special need. Upon arrival I was told by the manager "(The downstairs rooms) are not available" She was very non-communicative. Very unconcerned. I cut my foot on a loose floor board in the room. Nothing severe. The bed covers was dingy. The bathroom was always wet due to the leaking base of the commode. I stayed for 2 nights. No one ever came in with clean sheets or to replenish soap, towels; etc. I feel deceived re: the original booking promise of a ground floor room. I feel a full refund is in order due to my wretched experience. My advise is to close down this hotel and sell the land for someone to teardown this building and redevelop the lot into something of usefulness and quality. This hotel was a nice and cozy getaway some 20 years ago. Under this management, this hotel is a blight to Worthington's reputation.

As everyone mentioned in their reviews the front desk lady is a evil evil person we checked in under a discount rate and there were plenty of rooms available and we left for a fun night out to come back to our keys turned off and the pug faced gremlin of a front desk lady telling us we have to pay $100 a night or leave!! We had to take a cab drunk to another hotel with our stuff outside our room!! This hotel owner needs to be shut down and I advise nobody ever stay here and I hope they go out of business!! You have been warned!!

Lady is very rude and nosey. They went in my room while I was away. Completely disrespectful to paying customers. I wouldn't advise anyone with a pulse to stay here. That lady is creepy and disrespectful.

It was horrible. The wicked witch of the front desk is the only employee. I would of preferred Bin Laden to check me in. She argues with you anytime you have to interact with her. I stayed over the weekend and at exactly 11am she bangs on every door that needs to check out with what sounds like a sledge hammer. She is a full Fledged Scorpion Woman. I think she needs a hug or needs to be locked in a rubber room sporting a straight jacket. Stay here if you dare!Rooms: The rooms are discusting and the wicked witch of the front desk needs to be committed to the insane asylum

Just dont go to this hotel in Worthington. The neighborhood is nice. But the customer service sucked. Front Desk lady was rude and discourteous. There is no sense of urgency at all. Beware of these privately managed Econo Lodges.

Booked through 3rd party. I called the property and spoke to the management to make sure a first floor room was available and was assured. Waited for hours for the manager to finally come to the front desk. This was after my mother fell coming into the office (no “watch your step” sign) where there is a hidden lip anyone can easily trip over. The fall caused her to fall and possibly break her wrist (waiting in er now) management refused to file a report on the accident and refused us a room at all. Do not recommend! I’ll be posting this on all 3rd party reviews as well. Not okay at all how we were treated for the simple fact they made a mistake. And I’m pretty sure refusing to file an accident report is illegal.

Location, price and the room was wonderful. Hardly anyone was there around the time I went but the one down side was the fact there’s no breakfast. The only thing they’ll offer you is

Do not recommend. Only stayed here because of the proximity to a place that I had to be at in the morning. They keep the windows unlocked on purpose because they have lock issues...major safety issues for me. Floor was filthy, turned socks black. Toilet seat had cigarette burns. Killed 2 bugs (not bed bugs or roaches, some other kind). Lady at front desk was rude. Sheets were stained. There is probably more but I can't think of everything right .

If I could give a 0 I would. Takes 10 minutes for the lady at front desk to appear and nothing but rude. Upon discovering only 2 slim pillows in total, asked for more pillows and response was “you each have 1 pillow, we don’t have more pillow.” What a dump of a place this is. Spend the extra $20 and stay anywhere else.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! My friend and i checked into the room early only to be scrutinized under a microscope by guess who " the b**** in the office" I work at the Hyatt Regency and she has no right to be customer service. She doesn't know how to talk to people and she watches you making you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Everytime we went to use our key, the key would not work, and this was her way to tell us the rules we broke, and there are a lot of strange rules. You can have one guest and you need to check them in the office and be lectured. When we left to grab lunch, she had went into our room to check it out. She told us. I called corporate office and they are investigating our 6 hour horrific stay there. Not warm, not friendly, dirty room, dirty bathroom, and certainly not hospitable.I WANT AND DEMAND MY MONEY BACK... if you want a nice, relaxing hotel please spend $10 more and vacation in the United States bc the witch behind the front desk will take you back in time to old school India or wherever she is from:)

If I could give a zero I would. We didn't even get a room. We needed something for the night. The women didn't even acknowledged us walking in. We asked about a room and waited thinking she was looking stuff up. I asked another question and continued to ignore us. I walked outside and let my boyfriend finish, she continued to ignore us. She was extremely rude and shouldn't be working. They will continuously lose business if this continues and based off other reviews it is.

Stayed a couple nights and was overall a good place to stay. Needs a paint update on a few areas to look nicer and bathroom was small but otherwise everything was good and I'd stay again. I see lots of complaints about a lady working the front desk. The woman who checked me in was nice and friendly. Not the most talkative but I don't exactly need to be entertained while I check in so it didn't bother me that she didn't talk me ear off. If I'm back in the area I'll look at staying here again.

Not recommend - Zero stars especially when staying with family.I booked the lodge 2+1 kid. It’s 10.30pm while reached the lodge. The owner saraswati, She was so rude and didn’t responded to the questions and didn’t allowed me to call Expedia regarding the bookings.Initially I thought she is islamophobic. She was so immature in handling the customers and doesn’t even bother about informing about the room location. When I called her over the phone, she lift the phone call and disconnected. I was trying couple of times to get to know about the room numbers. I believe, she is not normal on his behavior. It’s our fault, to book the room without reading the comments in google. She even threatened, she can cancel the bookings at midnight 11pm. The sheets were stingy and not clean. Thank God, we had our own blanket. Regretted for booking the lodge for the family.I usually don’t give a negative rating in google. Just thought of sharing as it might help some one, especially for the one, who is traveling with kids. Not recommend - Zero or negative stars especially when staying with family.
