2nd year renting winter vehicle storage. They have a great closed warehouse in the back perfect for vehicle storage. Kieth the manager is great to work with.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Upon arrival, I let them know I had rented my unit online. Keith immediately knew my name and unit number. He took the time to walk me to the gate to ensure my code worked and walked me to my unit to ensure I found it and got set up okay with my lock. Totally seamless. Keith was extremely friendly and genuine. I didn’t catch the name of who else was at the desk that day, but they were extraordinarily kind as well. I’d recommend this location without a doubt — you can tell it matters Keith that his location is well taken care of.

To begin with, much to my chagrin, I have a real need to rent storage space; the angst and the chagrin, of course, is because of today's rental rates which can't be helped nowadays that's understandable; but with respects to CubeSmart what makes it acceptable is the resident manager Keith's professionalism, respect, and kindness towards all of his customers.
If tips were customary in the storage business then Keith wouldn't be able to find a tip jar big enough. When I needed storage space Keith was helpful and very instrumental in my deciding to rent space at CubeSmart. Whenever a RARE issue might crop up Keith is on top of it quickly and it typically gets resolved just as quickly. I appreciate CubeSmart for being there to fulfill my need and I appreciate Keith for making it so palatable and as pleasant as possible. From this customer's point of view Keith most certainly is worth his keep, and he represents CubeSmart very smartly.
