The staff there are always the nicest and very quick to assist. There is one older woman there however that is very rude and maybe racists as well? She assisted me a couple weeks ago when purchasing an item and barely looked or said one word to me but I ignored it at the time. Work is tough and the days are hard so I get it. But yesterday, I was standing and waiting to purchase an item at 6:55 and to put cash on a pump for gas. They open at 7 so I didn’t mind waiting but she saw me standing there and proceeded to go in the back for a couple minutes and then go on the phone, look at me, and ignore me. She then came up to me in the window and said they were closed and then walked away before letting me finish my sentence about being okay to wait and needing to put cash on a pump. I put the item back into the fridge and walked back to my car and was going to wait there due to being cold since it was 6:58. She proceeded to watch me through the blinds on their side window and gave me a very nasty look and rolled her eyes before assisting the man(who was not a person of color) that was right behind me so he could purchase something with her at 6:58. I was shocked. I ended up driving away and just filling my gas at the UDF around the corner. I did end up going back and saying something to another employee later that day. Super sweet and deserves a raise for their assistance as I don’t like to complain but they listened and apologized. They also said it isn’t the first time it has happened so that woman needs to go.

lol I like this Kroger because I never have to interact with anyone, it's easy to get in and out, and has what I need. the layout and shelving was just changed up in the last 30 day.

This store is conveniently placed and decent size (not too big, not too small), and I wish I had more good to say about it. The customer experience is TERRIBLE!!!! It didn't used to be, but it has gone seriously downhill and corporate needs to get involved. Always out of common items (I've never left with everything I need), not well stocked, self check out only, and horrible staff without any customer service training, or knowledge, of their own store. I had cancer last year and after some surgery could barely walk. My 12 year old son was with me to put things in the cart, check out, etc. since I couldn't lift anything over 5 pounds. We couldn't find an item and had spent some time looking for it. We came across a staff person and asked for help and she was awful. Wouldn't help us, wouldn't call a manager, and was rude. I left the store in tears. If you have the time, go anywhere else.

Small station, but it's still convenient to get fuel.

No manager, no customer service, dirty and not much food. This store is in steep decline and the neighborhood deserves better.

This Kroger has a low rating for a reason. I've shopped at Kroger/Ralph's/Food4Less/FoodsCo for decades and I can say that this is one of the saddest stores I've been to. They're NEVER stocked up (even first thing in the morning) it doesn't matter if it's ice cream or cereal: good luck finding what you want. Most of the employees are rude a** f*ck...especially the older white lady with glasses and red hair who's usually at self checkout (there are 2 employees that are very pleasant) Their meat/seafood department & customer service is NEVER open when the store opens, even though it doesn't even open super early like the stores in Cali... On top of that, the produce is REALLY sad. They're selling wrinkled eggplant and wilted leafy greens ? Everything is soft and rotting. I'm not use to this. I need to find a good store to shop at near my house. This definitely isn't it. The only pros: It's super close to my house They sell gas They have freshly made sushi But I can get these things elsewhere. Not worth my frustration.

This is the worst looking and worst stocked Kroger i have ever been to. There are so many other Krogers you can go to near by please give this one a skip and save yourself the frustration that i had trying to shop there.

What on earth is going on at this store??? The reviews are excruciating to read. Anyway, this was my first time to this store, and as I experienced how complicated it was driving to the parking lot, and the congested area where the carts and entrance is, I thought, "Oh boy, this is not going to get a very good rating." But in the end, you will see why I gave it four stars. First of all, coming off of High Street, to Wilson Bridge Road, there's no clear indication on how to enter the road to the store. We did our usual turn into a bank, find it doesn't go through, then circle back out to find another way. After serpentining the labyrinth of roads, we finally got there. There's only one entrance and one exit. The place seems small and cramped. I checked into my pharmacy appointment, and I was cared for almost immediately. The pharmacist/technician was very professional and friendly. As I hung around to make sure I didn't have a reaction, my husband browsed, picked up a bag of Epsom salts, and the bag broke, spilling salt in a few places in the aisle. He found an employee, explained the situation and she went to care for the issue. I then witnessed a woman shopping, who turned the corner with her cart, and a gallon of milk fell out. She never noticed, but as I looked at the jug, I could see milk was starting to leak out of it. I quickly located some employees and informed them. Almost instantaneously, there was a whirl of activity, as an energetic employee (probably the manager) put a hazard cone over the milk, removed the jug, then came with a sweeper to sweep up the salt. A minute later, she wiped up the milk and took the cone away. I was in awe! As I left the area, I complimented all involved, and they said, "Thanks! We don't want anyone to slip and fall." In the end, as I squeezed myself towards and through the exit (slightly exaggerating, but barely) I don't think I will come here on a regular basis, but in a pinch I will.

This was the second Kroger I visited this evening to get a money order. The first Kroger (Polaris location) simply closed their customer service booth inexplicably... This location was open, but are incompetent apparently. The line was so long there was no where to stand to wait. Absolutely and utterly ridiculous.

What can I say, the price of gas is getting higher every week but I got 30 cents off a gallon from shopping at Kroger.

They are always out of stuff. They are lazy and won't open the propane cage.
