They closed 30 minutes early. Very frustrating when their hours are not correct. Other locations have turned me away 10 minutes before closing. Just change the hours and close when you say you’re closing!

Oh lord. Check your compost bulk order when you can.
Large chunk of clay, large chunk of woods, and LOTS of plastics!!! How can there be plastics in Leaf compost and garden soil. In their website it said it has been Screened!
Screened my ass! Went to the store where I ordered, didnt help, just took my name and order number and never got a called back. Called customer and got back and forth for 2 weeks with no resolution from their costumer Supervisor Katie, gave me the number of their director instead Ron, called left a message. No called back. I wanted to put those compost in the raised bed but im not putting CHUNKS of plastic in my raised bed. I ended up putting it in a the back of the back of the yard instead and a cover mulch. 200 dollar order or nothing. If you can, just go somewhere else. Highly Highly disappointed with the service and products.

We were limited by how much bulk mulch we could pick up at a time. Therefore we made three trips in three days. Each day Alan was there and was nice from day one. He gave us prompt and friendly customer service. I witness him having to deal with multiple customers at a time and he was consistently friendly.

Very poor quality mulch delivered with lots of fungus and mold. I called the customer service and they informed me that’s “how mulch is”. Will be purchasing elsewhere going forward.

Stopped by Worthington location to grab some mulch after a long day of landscaping. Casto helped me, and he was a great help. Clearly very familiar with all products. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. I enjoyed talking to him, and the entire experience was a refreshing change. Can't beat their pricing !!

Friendly, helpful,and affordable. We went on the evening before and they were closed but we didn't know that so we really scared the employee working when we opened the door . So sorry for scaring you. Will be going back.
