The suite location is very confusing, turing out being late to the appointment. The receptionist seemed defensive to my view. By the time I said hello, she replied one second. I wanted to continue but again she stopped me saying "one second". I wasn't expecting this behavior from such a nationally-ranked provider.

I had a wonderful and almost unheard of experience at OSU family Medicine in Worthington. Angela the Medical assistant, Tami the Nurse, Betsey the NP, took amazing care of me. The attention to detail and effort to make sure I had everything I needed was astounding.

Came her for the immediate care. The person who took my vitals was pretty rude and uncharismatic. Betsy, the CNP, was amazing and made sure I knew all my options for treatment. Did not have to wait long (maybe 5 minutes) for my scheduled appointment.

I am on the phone waiting to speak with a receptionist. It has been five minutes . . . so far. "All of our representatives are speaking with other customers . . ." (Customer, really?). All the while, generously speakered (aka "LOUD" ha!) advertisements " Do you know the signs of heart-attack in women? Then it goes to describe symptoms, over and over and over. By the time you are waiting for 7 minutes, you start to feel the symptoms they are describing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly recommended not going to this site if you want a provider to actually listen and care about your concerns. Being in the health care profession for almost 20 years now, and working at OSU, never in my life have I left an appointment, twice in utter tears. The pure aggressive behavior and lack of compassion I experienced has left me jaded from ever trusting another nurse practitioner. My health was not taken at all into consideration and their nurse practitioner lied to paint me in an ugly light. When speaking with the office manager, I had hopes that her behavior would change... was I ever wrong. My concerns were tossed aside and never addressed, she continued to talk down to me and not address my medical concerns. For your own medical health, I highly suggest not going to this office. They don't return calls, falsify visit notes and lie about policies (working at OSU I am able to look up and verify). It is sad to say that all my pleasant experiences over the past 15 years have been erased by being a patient at this particular office. I hope no one is ever treated with such disrespect as I was.

I had a wonderful experience here! This is the first family doctor I've had since I was a kid and I felt like everyone in encountered was very kind. My doctor took the time to get a good history of my family and health and took the time to walk me through any questions and next steps for me. I felt very cared for and not rushed at all!

Had an appointment at 3:50 PM and arrived at 3:48 to check in. There was only one receptionist checking people in and trying her hardest to get people in. Fast forward an hour later, I'm still waiting to be seen for a covid test and no one has called me back yet. However, when people just show up for a covid test for their appointments too then they are seen before I am. Still waiting here and now the office is closed past their normal operation times.

Tried to use their online system to schedule a virtual appointment. Never got a call, never got an email, not even a confirmation email that I had submitted my request. What I did get was a bill for $150 for trying to schedule an appointment. I never spoke with a doctor, nurse, or even a receptionist. Apparently just trying to schedule an appointment costs the patient money anymore. When I contacted them about bill I was told that submitting my request and preliminary questionnaire was the appointment and that I didn't get a response because apparently a cough that had gone on for over four months wasn't worth responding to, it would eventually go away on its own. It was worth charging me for, but not worth actually scheduling the appointment. And now they won't transfer my records because I refuse to pay them for trying to schedule an appointment.

Doctors are subpar. I've gone through a couple at this site, and either they offer great hours for working adults, or they're disengaged.

I have been going to them for many years they are amazing the staff and drs. Are so sweet and kind. We have moved farther away from them about 40 minutes and I still will not change Dr. All my family go there. They are the best, if you want good treatment, awesome results and to be treated with respect OSU family practice of Worthington is the place to go.

Made an appointment with Dr. Chelsa Fu 3 months in advance, then 1 day before my appointment date she canceled on me, no reason given and no phone call. I just happened to re-check the address on appointment day and saw that i got the shaft. Heck of a way for a professional business to operate....WILL NOT BE BACK...POOR WORK ETHICS.

Today I had appointment at 10:30 waited on the line no respond lady at the front desk on the counter number 3 keep looking at me like I am dumb staring at me like I am not of her kind very disrespectful and mean person who stays on front desk normally greet people to maintain their professional but it looks like she wasn’t very happy about what she is doing and I went to self check out machine to check myself after waiting for little while and another person step up and same thing finally I step out to her and I had to tell her what I am their for I wish this comment probably going to change professionalism moving forward for the services to other patient.
