The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I came for an interview with a different company, and the interviewer informed me the bathroom looked like that for an entire week!! Do better.

75% of the time that I order from this location, there is something wrong with my order. The last 3-4 consecutive times I've ordered, my cinnamon crunch bagel has arrived covered in seasoning from their everything bagels and I end up spitting it out in the trash and throwing the rest away. It's so gross to bite into a sweet cinnamon bagel only to be assaulted with a mouthful of onion/garlic flavor and to then see that it has coated the entire underside of the bagel. ? It's a waste of money.Certainly someone there should be able to put 2 and 2 together that either wiping the space or putting a piece of paper down would stop this sort of unnecessary cross-contamination. It's like if they started adding diced onion to their fruit cups; it's just so gross. I have a gift card I'm trying to spend down, then after that I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Reallly really slow. There are four customers in the store and two employees. I waited at the counter for someone to acknowledge me then eventually use the self order kiosk. While the staff seems to be moving steadily ten minutes have passed and I’m still waiting on four unsliced and untasted bagels.

We were told network was down so rewards cards and gift cards not accepted. They were out of 2 of the soups I choose and also out of chips. The reason: getting ready for menu changes in April - 2 weeks away !The cashier and her supervisor were both unfriendly and disengaged. The place was empty and appeared to be going out of business. We walked out.

I've been to this store many times. The floor is consistently sticky. Food is mostly a miss. On my most recent visit, the store REEKED of urine. The staff was not concerned.

Went for coffee at 10 am. The coffee station was out of Hazelnut and Light Roast. Informed the cashier who said that they sre making it and it will take several minutes. After waiting for over 20 minutes, asked the cashier again. No help. Talked to the manager. The coffee refills finally were brought out in another 5 minutes. Very disappointed with the service today and the cashier's attitude.

This is actually the worst Panera I have ever went to. I’m honestly surprised that it has even 3.7 stars! My food was cold like it pulled out the freezer and it took nearly 15 minutes for some soup and grilled cheese. I made a complaint to the general manager working there. He seemed to not care and be very dismissive of my feelings. I will NEVER be returning. I do not advise others to come either.

Wow. This place has gone downhill. Literally no one would take our order. Restrooms look like a bad gas station. Soap ripped off the wall. Drink station is a mess. Won't be coming back.

The cashier was nice, but Panera's have really gone down Hill. The employees making the food could care less about your order. The food order was a disaster , the dining room is dirty, the employees making the food could care less, drink station area was out of tea, only a few desserts left and looked like they were several days old . Save your time ,money , and frustration and avoid Panera .

My visits to Panera tend to be self-help for the most part. I almost always use the kiosks to get what I need and so don't have a lot of interaction with a cashier. When I do the employees seem very nice and helpful. One problem I do have is when they slice the bagels with the automatic Bagel slicer and you get a slice that consists of 82% of the bagel one side and 18% of the bagel on the other side. Seems like that happens more and more often anymore.

Soup was cold so asked to have it heated up. Told me to use microwave in lobby. For the cost of soup I would think they would have heated up.

Within the last six months or so, the management here must have changed! What an improvement! I preordered ten egg souffles, several bagels, a pastry ring, and several other items for a Christmas family brunch. We asked for a pickup time of 9:30AM Christmas Eve. I arrived a little early and was told my order was just coming out of the oven but nearly ready. At 9:28, they called my name, reviewed my order, and sent me on my way! Wonderful service and traditionally good food. Keep up the great work!
