The room looked like it hadn't been used in a while. Lots of little things to fix. The HVAC first and foremost, then the parking lot, caulking, tile work and beds. But nice big rooms with a kitchenette. Great breakfast, clean enough, and friendly staff was amazing.

This is an amazing animal friendly hotel with excellent accommodations. Our dog needed major surgery and they recommended this hotel. What a great experience with the exception of the breakfast and evening reception. Much improvement needs made with the morning and evening offerings. Staff are extremely hands off.If you are a MedVet customer - you will not regret staying here. The 2 room suites with a kitchen (stove top, full frig, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, cutlery, etc) are so much appreciated. Our dog was very comfortable with her first hotel stay and we will return for future care with our dogs.Great location, great rooms, strange parking, nice restaurants nearby. Easy access to interstates and various routes. Not far from COSI, Columbus Zoo, historic towns, and malls.Noteworthy details: Large and small animals welcome. Recommended by MedVets.

Getting into the hotel that your rooms are in is a pain if you go in through the side door. I didn't care for the bed, slept on the couch. And the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Not to mention, receipts don't get emailed nor are they on the app. You have to call, go through spelling out your email and it takes a while. 30 minute phone call for me.I suggest avoiding this one.

I stay in IHG hotels a lot and I love the Staybridge brand. I’m a platinum elite member through IHG so I’ve been to many. There’s nothing inherently wrong about this hotel aside from the fact that it is quite dated. It’s quiet and the air conditioning works well, but the rooms are just old. The lights in our room had mismatched warmth ratings so they were a few different colors. The windows were so dirty on the outside you couldn’t really see out them. The tub looks bad—not mold filled— just bad. Also the shower curtain rod is broken and sagging so the curtain won’t close the whole way on either side. The breakfast area and check in desk are in a separate building than the rooms, so when I got to my room and my room key didn’t work—it was quite a chore to go all the way back and get new ones. Also the elevator is probably the slowest I’ve ever used so we just resorted to taking the stairs. The major positive of the whole stay was breakfast. Absolutely the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Real bacon, diced fried potatoes, and the most delicious blueberry muffins ever!If you don’t need the kitchen area in your room, I’d recommend that you stay in the holiday inn express next door. It’s up to date and really nice. I won’t be staying here again.

I Stayed at this hotel for an overnight stop while traveling to Indiana on August 13, 2023. At check-in, the office smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and hand sanitizer. We went to our room which we had to access by going through door number five in the main parking lot. We were told to use our key to access the security door in building five, however the door was completely wide-open so anyone could walk in to building number five from the parking lot. We thought it was just something during housekeeping that took place however at 10PM the door was still wide open for any two legged or four legged creature to walk in and take a tour of the hotel rooms. I called the front desk about the security door but no one answered. We felt very unsafe so we put a 2 chairs against the door since our youngest was sleeping on the couch. Once in the room, our AC was broken, however we had a free standing unit that cooled off only the living area. The bedroom was very warm even with the door open. We had water damage on our ceiling, rust on our refrigerator, cracks in the kitchen floor, paint on the bathroom door handle, a glob of hair left on the shower curtian and cracks all along the wall. When we woke up in the morning, I pulled back the curtain near the free standing AC unit to see how this thing was being vented, and I was appalled at what we saw! In order to run the free standing AC unit, it had to be vented to the outside. Well, it was vented… The window in our room was actually open and stuffed with bath towels in order to vent the AC outdoors!!!! I had no idea the window was open because it was hidden with the unit and tightly closed curtains. My child was sleeping in that living area on the ground floor that overlooked the parking lot with an unsafe open window to vent the AC!!! She was protected only by the towels!!! This was absolutely upsetting and disgusting. The next morning when we ran out of there the security door to the building was still wide open and a squirrel ran out of the hallway into the parking lot. I used my points to stay here and I want my points returned to my account due to being placed in an unsafe building, my child being in an unsafe area with a window open to the parking lot and definitely an unsafe disgusting room. Do not stay here!Safety: It’s not safe at all

AVOID this area! My fiancé, future sister in law, brother in law and myself booked a stay here last weekend due to our VRBO canceling last minute. At first glance, it appears to be in a good neighborhood, however we quickly learned that is far from accurate. The first night we got there, we parked out car behind the far back building (note: the buildings are separate from the check-in lobby). My brother in law and I were going golfing the next morning and when we woke up and went to the car, the rearview window was bashed in and our two sets of golf clubs were stolen. We didn't think anything of leaving them in the car, but this was clearly a mistake. We notified the front desk of the break in and they mentioned this has been happening at their hotel and hotels around them....would've been nice for a warning upon check in. When we asked about the security camera behind the building that was directly facing our car, the receptionist said they did not have access and the GM was out of town. We checked everyday with them and still the same response. We notified the police and they also mentioned this has been happening, but didn't seem to care much either. The room itself is a bit outdated. It had a stain on the floor that was covered by a piece of furniture; dust was piled up on the air vents; mold on the ceiling in the shower; the fridge barely worked and created little to no ice. Upon arrival, we booked for 4 people and only 3 towels were in the room. When we called the office, they said no more towels were available.....When we checked out of the hotel, we informed the current receptionist of our issues and the break in, however her answer was the same as the others the days before that the GM is out of town and nothing they can do. The receptionist also said they've been letting homeless come in and eat the food they have out in the mornings. This caught us extremely off guard, as that should not be happening in hotels. There were always sketchy people walking around the parking lots looking in others vehicles, but not the police nor the hotel seemed to care. This is a WARNING to all looking to stay here to please avoid at all costs, as something very odd is going on at this hotel that they might be covering up.Rooms: The room itself is a bit outdated. It had a stain on the floor that was covered by a piece of furniture; dust was piled up on the air vents; mold on the ceiling in the shower; the fridge barely worked and created little to no ice. Upon arrival, we booked for 4 people and only 3 towels were in the room. When we called the office, they said no more towels were availableSafety: Our car was broken into, along with numerous others in the same parking lot every night.Noteworthy details: Be cautious of your belongings here.

The lady at the front deck was great, nice, polite, and helpful. That's probably the only positive I can give. The hotel staff immediately "threw out" left behind belongings, our door handle wasn't even attached in our room, one of the lights barely worked, and the window couldn't close because they had an AC tube in it, right next to the highway.

Comfortable and CLEAN, roomy suite with kitchen incl full size fridge. There were some deferred maintenance issues and the pool was closed, but neither issue had a major impact on our stay. Service was outstanding. If you stay at Worthinton location, hope that Abdi is on duty.
