I've been going to Swerve for a year now and it truly is my happy place. I usually go for hip hop fitness and the class is absolutely the best! It's fun, it changes up a lot, and you will leave completely drenched in sweat.Alisha and her entire staff are energetic, inclusive, and kind. I've never been as excited to exercise as I am with swerve, the atmosphere and culture is what makes it 5+ stars for me.Everyone is accepted here and everyone is supportive. I am so appreciative that i found this great community!

Swerve offers so many great options in classes ranging from dance to strength! I always get a great workout and have such a wonderful time as well! Additionally, there is such a diverse range of members in every class and it always feels like such a safe space regardless of where you are in your fitness journey!

I joined Swerve Dance and Fitness Complex a couple years ago. I enjoy the various instructors with different dance styles for Zumba and Hip-Hop. I enjoy the variety of classes offered like Kickboxing and Barre (Belly dance and Trap-yoga in the past). I belong to a couple other gyms as well but I work out at Swerve at least 3-4 times a week. I chase the workout! This high energy friendly enviroment will help anyone on the right path for their journey to better health!

My experience with Swerve has been amazing. I attended different classes and I like all. My preference is cardio because I workout to burn calories. Next is strength training to tone up. I like the direction the studio is going. New classes new equipment etc. let’s not forget the clients who are very nice, encouraging and supportive. Swerve is like a second home. I l

Swerve is a great studio :) Everybody there is very friendly, especially the owner and staff. They are very welcoming regardless of how early you may be on your fitness journey or how coordinated (or not, like me!) you happen to be. There are also several different class types to choose from, not just dance.

Swerve Fitness is the best place to be. Alisha and Justin the owners will treat you as their family member. All the instructors are best. You will burn a lot of calories and enjoy at the same time.

I've been a member of Swerve Fitness for too long to count, before it had a permanent space and I can honestly say that it's the best decision I've ever made. The instructors are amazing - they're so knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. They always make sure that everyone is getting the most out of their workout, and they always have a positive attitude.I've never felt more confident in my fitness journey than I do now. The instructors at Swerve have helped me to accomplish my fitness goals in and outside of the gym. They've taught me how to eat healthy, how to exercise properly, and how to stay motivated. This is the best dance fitness class I've been to. Alisha is the best instructor; she has an amazing energy and picks the best songs and choreography. It is a super positive studio that makes everyone feel welcome.

I adore this gym. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the owner knows everyone by name. I go to hip hop and strength classes, they're both really challenging and high-energy, but at the same time they're not intimidating for newbies. Highly recommend!

I started coming to classes here not only for fitness but to help relieve stress. So far I’ve tried hip hop, restorative yoga, trap yoga, and Zumba. Every class has been comfortable to try as a beginner; I feel completely supported and zero judgement. I love the body positivity and diversity at the studio among both the instructors and attendees, and it’s a local, woman-owned business.There is so much positivity in every class. I leave every time feeling relaxed, like I’ve released stress I’ve been holding onto, and got in a good workout.The class passes and drop ins are extremely reasonably priced. The class schedule also makes it easy to stack classes and stay for two in a row.

Their classes are out of this world fun! The instructors are so sweet and caring but they will also push you in the best ways! Highly recommend any classes here if you're looking for fitness in a fun way!!
