This location closes at 2pm Saturdays, not 3pm!!! Google keeps removing my edit for Saturday hours. I pick up all closeout mail at this post office on Saturday so I can confirm. New hours took effect after covid.

I am glad that Worthington, Ohio has a post office.My post office, the 43221 Post Office, that serves central Upper Arlington and other nearby areas, has been closed for at least one year.Because of that closure, whenever I need to mail anything at a post office [either because I need to mail that item "Return Receipt Requested" or because I am afraid that that item will be stolen out of one of those "blue boxes" before it is picked up from that box], I must travel via bus from my home to the "Tri-Village" [43212] Post Office [on Grandview Ave.] and back.On 7-21-2023, because I had already been in Worthington for another reason, I had been able to visit the Worthington Post Office for a brief moment and mail my absentee ballot for the 8-8-2023 Special Election before walking to a nearby restaurant to eat my lunch.

The entire Worthington USPS system the including downtown and west locations, and the distribution center is all a den of thieves! We've had multiple thefts of inboundand outbound mailings where interior gift items, cards, candy and even an obituary of a relative were stolen. Then the exterior envelope was resealed and sent on. Sad. They need to focus their security Camaras internally!

Not a terrible location but a specific employee is extremely rude on multiple occasions and i let it slide many times without a review. Today i ask if they are closed as i showed up 5 minutes before closing. If she said yes then i would've understood but she yelled we are closed at me.

It is a Post Office. You can go there and do all the post-office things like buy stamps, mail a package, etc. A little understaffed so lines tend to be a bit long, but remember if you have a prepaid label you can just skip the line, leave your package at the counter, and go.

Felt like 85 degrees inside. Could not understand the woman with the mask and behind the glass window. Seriously needs all signs and prices duplicated at the other end of the building..

Very rude woman, zero customer serviceI went there this morning at 9:30am waiting for a half hour and then a woman came with a grouch face says how can i help you...Even there is 2 window Klerk, but it's only 1 rude woman working after long time waiting.And when she goes inside to bring something she doesn't say anything like I'm going to bring..., Or hold on a minute I'm going to...., There is nothing like this , only grouchy face.This is the first time for me to go there and the last time.They should recruit nice people with high customer service competence.

I came to pick up a package and they told me it was at another post office even though the informed delivery specifically said the package was there. They didn't even bother looking for it, just said to go somewhere else. Had to run to another post office just for them to tell me I was lied to.

Other than losing my mail sometimes or not being able to keep up with what's coming in everything has been pretty good

Very empty. They have a VERY small staff I had to ring the bell for a woman to come from that back up front to help and she wasn't at all helpful. As soon as i asked her something about a certified letter she answered and went back to whatever she was doing in the back so then complemented the form had to ring the bell again wait for her to come-back to tell me I needed another form disappear to the back again then the cycle started over ring the bell she takes her time to come up front not helpful at all SMH
