I enjoy the selection and neatness of this store. I don't like the hours though - for a store meant to support active duty airmen and their families, you can only go during working hours.

If I could give 0 stars for the disrespect I would. I am on the phone to ask a question to ensure I’m not driving an hour there for nothing and the woman on the phone says “oh my gooosh” and when I replied with “excuse me?” She said “oh nothing, I am listening”. It was pretty obvious she meant me.. that’s very disheartening when I am just trying to donate some items and wanted to double check that they are taking it in. But thanks for nothing - I will be taking my business elsewhere. And yes we are a military family and I have always donated to the thrift stores on base.

I picked up a nice toaster for $4 and a $2 cigarette lighter power cable for the car. The place was packed despite having short open hours. I found what I've been looking for. I love to re-use perfectly good things instead of buying them new. This location has many unique items that absolutely make it worth visiting regardless of all the other used goods stores in the area. Somewhat of a hidden gem that few on base don't know about because of the odd location & open hours. I will certainly consider bringing my goods here when my time is up in Ohio.
