Much better than a lot of other military base hotel rooms. Sub par if you compare to other hotels though. Big rooms. Shower was clogged but they fixed same day we notified them. Free laundry.

Wow! Customer service is non-existent in this place. The “manager” Michelle Adams has ZERO skills and shouldn’t even have been hired to scrub the toilets.
They had LIVE AND ACTIVE rat traps in the rooms, clearly indicating an unresolved problem. When brought to their attention, they could only offer an “upgrade” at cost to the customer.
1. They stood there, totally unphased, as if we should be okay with this problem. I don’t sleep with mice running around at home… I’m not doing it at your establishment. Especially when you charge MORE than commercial lodging.
2. Michelle Adams didn’t even have the courtesy to get out from behind her desk and talk to us face to face. She continued to sit down, very dismissive of any issues.
It’s clear that the problems start at the top. If you have an option, don’t stay here. If you don’t have an option… God Bless you. Blank stares and bad attitudes are all you’ll get here. Oh, and the company of rodents.

The facility isn't new and isn't designed very well, but it was mostly clean and the bed was made. The location is perfect because it's on base.

Government run facility that will continue to pump heat into your room regardless how hot it is already in your room. It’s been 85°+ in my room for weeks with no end in sight. The staff informed me that they can’t turn the heat off until the outside temperatures have been a certain temperature for some extended period of time. Avoid this place like the plague if you have the reasonable expectation that you would be able to have an independently climate controlled room at a reasonable temperature.

These rooms are old but large. They are falling apart. My biggest issue is that there is no AC. The temperature was in the 80s and they still had the units blowing heat only. Then they turned it off after a couple of weeks and it was just air that was not cold. Still being in the high 70s and 80s they don't even know when the AC will be turned on. The ceiling is peeling, the you have to double the time of any food item in the microwave, and the rooms smell like mold. Again, I know it is old. I am more frustrated with the heat. The fans provided do not resolve the heat at night and you cannot sleep because you are sweating and hot. If I could choose another hotel I absolutely would. Do not stay here in the spring/ summer if you can. The beds, blankets, pillows, and furniture are also uncomfortable, but that is at every Air Force Inn.I came back around 6 in the evening and found my bed completely stripped with no bedding and all of the pillows on the ground. When I called the front desk they said that there is no one here and just offered new sheets.

My room was very dirty on arrival. After 20 mins with the lights off cockroaches arrived in my room. I requested a new room and moved to a different building with a better room.

The room needs to be cleaned better. There was mold in the refrigerator and long black hairs in the bathtub.

The rooms are a bit outdated and having a single washer and dryer for a whole building was a little inconvenient. The location is good relative to base amenities. The commissary, Exchange, and gas station are all within 5 minutes. Lodging itself is only about 3-4 minutes from the main gate. They only service rooms once a week due to limited manning.

Front desk staff was really nice and helpful with directions. The rooms were really dated and really hot, but typical airforce hotel.
