Tmobile customer.was told i had a good deal for a new phone. Turns out they don't really know much about the business as new phones ended up being full price. 14 day return window was not honored. Nice folks, just ignorant.

I went in to make a purchase the sales lady was rude and horrible. she refused to let me purchase a item because I allowed my 4 year old to hand her the cash at first after I showed my ID. I will never ever shop here at this base again.
