Staff couldn't be any more rude or unprofessional if they actually tried from the get go. And, then was told they would call me when my vehicle was done. I drove by after 3 hours and didn't see my vehicle on any lifts. hour 4, I went in to just to find that it had been done likely for a couple hours with no calls, etc. I'd rather do the work myself.

Awesome place to keep up with preventative maintenance. DIY? They will help you if you have questions. Or you can drop it off and they'll take care of it. Cheaper than most places.

Great facility, but trash cans are full and junk piled on a golf cart that looks like it hasn't moved in ages. Rugs needs swept. Housekeeping in general needs improvement.

I was just looking up the hours for the shop when I ran across some reviews . Now I know it was not just me that noticed how rude the old guy was to me. I see from the other reviews he really has a problem with all the blacks that use the shop. This being on a military installation can’t believe he is still allowed to work there

Great, do it yourself shop. very inexpensive. They have several lifts, open bays, and specialty tools for that person that doesn't have it at home. Employees able with back ground knowledge to help.

Brought my 2020 CVO Limited here last year for a 3 hole change and I guess the guys were telling the truth about not many bikes coming through because they seemed really excited to bust the lift out.The two gentlemen there were extremely helpful, not stopping short of dropping everything they did to help grab me a tool when I needed it.10/10 best hobby shop I've used around the country.Service: Oil change
