Overpriced. Had to pay an extra $30 just to put in our student loan interest which doesn't even contribute to a larger refund. As military I normally file free online but wanted to see if going in person made a difference. It took just as long and filing with a professional did not affect our return. $230 for a 60 minute visit in order to receive a $1500 return is crazy. The man who helped us was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing but was a very slow typist and we had to point out many typing errors he made during the process. Will go back to doing taxes online next year.

The person who did our taxes appeared to have no idea what they were doing and it took almost 3 hours. They couldn't even figure out how to print the forms at the end and they asked us to see if we could figure it out whilevthe other woman working just ignored everything. I think he tried but this is just not his thing.
